I hired these folks to install a Tesla Wall Charger after reaching out to around a half dozen companies. They were the first to get back to me with a clear, itemized bid.
The electrician they sent out (Ryan) was punctual, communicative, professional, friendly, was able to answer nearly all my questions, and didn't BS me when I asked him something he didn't know the answer to (regarding the specifics of the Tesla charger I purchased).
Their price was a little on the high side compared to other bids I received, but I'd say the clarity and professionalism was well worth it. I&apos

We chose Puget Sound Solar for our residential solar installation. After gathering quotes from three different vendors in the area, we chose PSS for their competitive pricing, clear and understandable quoting; timeliness, and great communication. They were patient with me as I planned for this project for almost two years. Once we were ready to make a decision, they made the entire process extremely simple and were always quick to respond to any questions I had.

Very straight forward, great financial incentives (not as good as they once were, but still help) and very knowledgable staff. They came out and did their work with no problems at all. Got the system hooked up to the internet and phone app so I can monitor performance and everything is rocking! Producing renewable energy! Can't wait to see what the summer months produce. Highly recommend this team!

We are very pleased with the solar panels installed for us in July 2019. Throughout the whole process, each staff member was professional, efficient, informative, and patient with our questions.
Scheduling was a little tricky, just after the July 4 holiday but they and we were flexible and everything went very smoothly. The installation job took 2 full days followed by city and Seattle City Light visits, and a follow-up with our project manager.
The system has been working well, and we can easily access hourly production information, and every other level, plus customized reports.

Jacob (project manager) and the team completed my installation on 1/17 and I would highly recommend Puget Sound Solar to anyone. From the initial quote to the completed installation, everyone on the team was very professional. The installation team did a fantastic job down to the last detail. Puget Sound Solar was a pleasure to work with. The initial meeting with the sales and design engineer to talk about the ins and outs of going solar was very informative and engaging. As we compared bids with other companies and asked for tweaks in the initial design they were always very responsive. Putting up the panels was quick and painless. These good folks installed our system over a year ago and we have been sooo happy we did this! I called in 3 companies to give bids. Of the 3 PSS was by far the most thorough and informative, I never felt they were going for the hard sell, just good honest info. I've had solar installlations from Puget Sound Solar twice now. The first time was a long time ago before it was "the thing to do". They were a little outfit, home grown and very responsible helpful folks. I've updated my system now and wow! They have grown with many employees and are still very helpful and responsible. Puget Sound Solar did a great job installing two different photovoltaic systems on my house. The 29 panels they installed are doing a great job covering my home's energy needs and powering my electric car. Puget Sound Solar took the time to install everything correctly on my home. I haven't had any malfunctions or roof leaks. The panels look great!

I had them install a 4.56kW solar system on our house and they did a great job. Professional, organized and easy to work with through the whole process. I especially enjoyed their no-pressure sales approach and their willingness to talk through various options. They even talked me out of adding more panels because the production would not be worth the cost. To me that's great service - putting the best interests of the customer above short-term profit.

Puget Sound Solar did an energy evaluation and an upgrade for us. They did very well from beginning to end, communicating consistently and accurately, and doing what they said. When we encountered a few minor problems, these were rectified quicly without any fuss. They also helped guide us through the entire process. Dealing with them was a pleasure!

We just got our first electric bill since the upgrade, and our electricity usage is half what it was-AND we are more comfortable!
