I had a router failure in the basement and when I put everything back together with a new one, I failed to notice that the solar array monitor ("Envoy") did not connect. Omnidian sent an Email alerting me, which led to an on line help file, that told me where to look, what was wrong, and how to fix it. Easy! It actually worked.

This company is SO frustrating. My solar panels haven't worked since August. They are supposed to monitor the system, but they I didn't find out until I got a statement in mid-September. Now we've spent two months trying to get them to get it fixed. They have ignored my last five emails. With the exception of one person who tried to get me to fix it from home (it didn't work), I've never had such bad customer service.

Omnidian is probably the worst company I have ever experienced. I was so happy that I had installed solar on my house in 2015, but it turns out that the panels are mostly for decoration. Omnidian do NOT monitor production (although their website claims they monitor the system 24/7). About 3.5 years ago my system suddenly produced only half of the energy as before. I did not realize until yesterday that the reason was that half of the panels are NOT working. Every time i call Omnidian for help they (1) put me on hold playing a tape that explains what a great company they are to work for (but they

The crew was very knowledgeable. When I failed to leave out the an inverter that had been sent to me for the crew to install they went ahead I took one out of their inventory. Installed it and gave me a mailer to send back the inverter that had I had left inside my home. They got the job done and now my system is up to full capacity
