SolarReviews has been the leading American consumer reviews website for reviews and ratings of residential solar panels and solar panel installation companies since 2012. It has also grown to become the leading consumer education website for homeowners considering installing solar panels on their rooftop and to offer consumers solar price comparison functionality.
Using only your zip code and utility company, our solar calculator will provide you with an accurate solar savings analysis. We are assuming that all selected appliances will start up at the same time and run continuously. It's unlikely that you will use your backup batteries in this manner, but this allows us to plan for the high end of what you need.
No company can pay to alter the reviews or review scores shown on our site. Some companies pay us a small, fixed referral fee if you request a quote but we never earn any commission from sales. Any editorial content is not influenced by financial relationships. We provide the most accurate solar panel cost and savings calculator for your use.
Second highest average temperature rating and best value for my buck with parts and labor warranty 25 years. I chose Panasonic solar panels because they have a partnership with Tesla and Panasonic has a good reputation. The entire SunPower team was professional, competent, and responsive at every step of the way.
All solar panels generate Direct Current (DC); a solar inverter is required to convert this into Alternating Current (AC), the form of electricity usable by your home. The operating conditions of solar panels - sunlight intensity and panel temperature - fluctuate throughout the day. This means that the possible solar panel voltage and current are always changing as well.

This was so easy to use I hadn't even realized I had finished! I was expecting to spend much more time getting a proper quote and Solar reviews.com made it effortless on my end. Their customer service is top tier, their representatives are pleasant, attentive and prepared for the call. I would highly recommend taking this route if you're looking for an estimate.

I've been in text communication with Forrest today and even though at the time I was only interested in a project outside of their normal scope of work (just my shed), he was still very helpful and pointed me in a direction that didn't involve trying to sell me on his business.
He was understanding and helpful so-much-so that my wife insisted I continue working with them and get the house powered next.

I wasn't interested in purchasing anything, but needed information for a school project I was working on. They were understanding and helpful, the website also gave good information that I needed, and they were able to provide me with the leftover information after they called me due to a request I sent in!
Since I did NOT purchase anything I have no clue how good their products are, however they are very nice and willing to help, which is always a good sign for a company.

Website was very easy to use. It did generate a call back and the agent was very professional and respectful of request for information about their services, vendors, etc. I would recommend their website and my dealing with Josh were good. I do not have knowledge of their vendors but would use their website again.
