Grant and the whole team at brimma were awesome from start to finish. The sales guy explained the process well and grant came out and walked the site with me, discussing panel locations, and making sure everything was done in the manor we wanted it done. The install crew was fast and clean, completing the project in about 10 hours. Glad I chose them, looking forward to years of enjoying our new solar.

The workers that came out were very professional and on time. The estimated time to complete the work was on point. Very friendly. Had no problems answering questions when I had them, didn't treat me like just a customer. Even after the work was done I get quick responses to questions about my system.

The town I live in was not easy to work with...but he managed! I just wish the town I live in would be as prompt as Brimma Solar was, and finish installing our meter!

When Joe came to our home for the initial consult, he was far more prepared than the other companies we had previously contacted. He had multiple options prepared for us & answers for all our questions. He was, and still is, readily available if we need anything answered. The rest of the crew that came to do the install were all extremely friendly and courteous & you can genuinely tell they enjoy their job as well as working together which says a lot about the company they work for. Plus, our two dogs liked every person they met during the installation which also says a lot! Even after the crew

After reading many good reviews for Brimma Solar we contacted them regarding our desire to install solar panels on our roof. Honestly, we were impressed every step of the way. They provided detailed and educated information that allowed us to decide how many panels we needed, and where they should be placed. During installation, their crew was professional, courteous and pleasant. The panels look great, and they did a thorough clean up when they left. They even provided detailed information and paperwork relating to the substantial tax credit that we will be able to use on our 2021 taxes.

These guys are professional from start to finish. We had Brimma install 42 panels and we are so happy with the complete installation. First of all they were no pressure sales secondly they showed up on time and finished faster then planned. They left everything better then they arrived. We do pleased with our system the ease to work with it and if we have ever needed help Brimma was here to help. Thanks so much for wonderful work!!

Brimma Solar was a great company to work with. I got a few bids from different companies for my solar project. Brimma was the best for understanding what my needs and desires were and developing a plan to execute that was fair on pricing and very good on quality of products used. The install was efficient and excellent. The permit guy who came after the installation commented how well the installation was. Waited to get my first two bills before writing this review. Glad to say at least for August and September I had no cost for electricity and I banked 440 KWH towards fall and winter bills.

We had discussed solar on the home we bought and decided to get a few requests out for estimates. Brimma was on the spot to respond and set up time to discuss our project. We had a great Zoom meeting to discuss our options and discuss the costs. They were up front and informative about the process, costs, and timeline if we decided to move forward with our project. When it came time to select Brimma, there was no question, and we felt confident in them. They made the rest of the process so easy in working with financing, our local power company, and installation.

They sat down and explained how the solar would would work, and gave me plenty of documents to look over to make sure this was the right choice for my family. The electrical contractor was incredibly professional. The project manager is easy to work with, even when I text him randomly with questions. Just had Brimma Solar install a system at my residence. I appreciated the knowledge and lack of pressure on the part of the Sales Rep. I also liked the fact that the panels were manufactured in Washington State.
The crew showed up on time, looking and acting professional. They explained every step of the installation as they were progressing. The electricians even fix some discrepancies (on their dime) in my power panel so it would pass inspection. When they tested their installation, it was a thrill to see my power meter turn backwards.

I would definitely rate these guys as a 5 star company. Not only were they readily available and willing to help from beginning to end (as this is a process) with customer service, but they handled EVERYTHING. From all the required permits to applying of the state incentives. I did not have to do anything but to be home. They arrived on time, a group of very handsome men!! Answered all my questions, very knowledgeable, and QUICK! Put in 18 panels, the installation went by very quick, a few hours and everything was installed, hooked up, all paperwork done. I was very impressed with this company

Panels work fine. Installation went fine. Everyone real nice. Of course they would be since we bought solar panels. BUT. We weren't told correctly or the salesman doesn't know the real story on how the 30% tax credit works. We were told we would get the 30% back and would be able to get the credit on our taxes this year to help pay off the panels. Maybe for some it does but it didn't for us. Not even close. Thanks for not much Brimma.

I am so impressed with this company. They are thorough as well as efficient. They explain the options , prices and payment plans. The crew was phenomenal, I wish the electrician worked in my area. They traveled to Pullman wa from Seattle to provide me service. I am very much looking forward to reducing my footprint and saving 2/3 of my heat bills.

Initially, I was pretty pissed off with the customer support to say the least. But after sticking it out, I realized the lack of customer support was due to low manning issues. In the end I was beyond ecstatic with the service, support, and product. Once my panels were installed, the representative who came to the house comped us two additional panels for our troubles, and was a great deal of help when dealing with our HOA. Though the HOA has no legal jurisdiction in regards to the installation of panels, they can make it a little stressful. But the representatives from Brimma made it a stress
