Rick was amazing. He educated me on the mechanisms of the dryer , how each part works and what cleans and goes through the vents. I advised me and referred me to a cent company that came and cleaned my air dryer vents and also checked back with me regarding the cleaning. He really cares about his clients and very proud of his works. A MUST keeper for service.

Jay and Rick are able to respond quickly and provide great quality work. They fixed my dryer same day. I found them to be very knowledgeable and were great at explaining the issues and options. I needed help diagnosing an issue with my icemaker as well as my water dispenser on my fridge. I called RJ Appliance and they came out next day. Jay was very professional and knowledgeable and knew the exact issues and how to fix them. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he would do to fix the issues. He resolved the issues quickly and answered my questions. He is the exact kind of person you want to come and fix issues with your appliances. Mr. Rick is the definition of a true professional. I reached out to him to repair my freezer and dishwasher. He was quick to respond to my call and scheduled a time to service my appliances almost immediately.
