Jess is fantastic and honest. I was having intermittent issues with my AC where it would freeze below 75 degrees. My usual AC guy had already been over 3x to diagnose but they couldn't find anything wrong. Jess also ran his tests. He says he didn't do anything to the unit other then run the tests however, for some reason after he left it just started working without freezing up. What I loved about the service is he was honest througout and offered his cell number and told me to text him at any time (reasonable of course) if I witnessed the unit freeze up again. Impressive Air is not just a slogan it is what they are. The are real professionals and something that is missing often times in Florida. They are reliable, competent and perfectionist. They take their time as if they were working on their own home. They leave it as clean as it was before they were their. I had a mini split that nobody wanted to install. Not these guys they came on time and on schedule with a fair price and got the job done! If there was a six star rating I'd give them that extra star tooo. Jess and Jason are a great team. They are knowledgeable, professional, thorough, honest and diligent workers . Small family business which allows for excellent service at reasonable rates. They did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts and have serviced our central air conditioner a couple of times since we first hired them. We recommended them to our neighbor who had a them replace and install a new central air system. She was extremely pleased. Impressive Air is impressive.

These brothers were a pleasure to work with. They took time to explain what I needed to improve the air flow, didn't recommend anything that wasn't needed. Very honest and great guys. Unfortunately our AC unit broke down late Friday night,
Saturday morning I called around and Impressive Air was on the job within hours with a complete fix, they replaced our 15yr unit IN THE SAME DAY!

Jess and Jason are wonderful! They are professional, thorough, skillful, and informative. They cleaned our air ducts and provided an estimate for installing a second A/C unit in our new home. I appreciated that rather than trying to convince us to add a new A/C as soon as possible, they instead suggested that we try out the one we have for the summer before investing in a second unit. Impressive air replaced our old window unit AC's in a rental duplex with central air. They were referred by a friend and lived up to their great reviews. They were very responsive, professional and communicative. They were quick to schedule a quote (which turned out to be one of the best value), they let me know what day and time they would be coming and always stuck to their schedule. I really did my research before choosing this company. Got multiple quotes, the super low ones ended up being scamers, this company had a reasonable price, I finally chose them to do the job and I am very happy I did. it's a pleasure working with them, they showed up on time, they are very polite, they showed me every process, it's more than cleaning, the ducts and vents look brand new. I highly recommend this company for vent cleaning and will only use them in the future.

Great job, for great expectations that were met. I have a dust allergy and got focused with all this lockdown/AC-air-only on eliminating all dust offenders. Called Impressive Air after reading Yelp reviews, including Drew (who's basically always right lol,) I called I.A. They listened to what I wanted, and deftly explained their process and procedure.
And, day of the actual cleaning: the cleaning process, despite some combined worries/admirations for their bigg-ish contraptions, was easy. Jess and Jason explained their cleaning from the onset and also during the process. Two hours or so

When I tell you my AC was running hot for 3weeks and other AC repair men said the whole unit has to be changed or said something more expensive was wrong. These two young men came and checked my AC changed one part, cleaned the unit at an extremely affordable price and now my house has been freezing ever since. My AC went down overnight and I was gone all day until late the next night. I sent out an SOS here to 5-6 HVAC contractors around 9pm and only Impressive Air offered to come over after hours. All others that responded via yelp message after hours requested a morning appointment. I would not have been able to sleep well if Impressive hadn't come over and fixed the compressor. The price was VERY reasonable and the technicians wore masks and gloves and were very professional. Thank you Impressive Air for the great service.
