Mr. Figueroa was punctual and very friendly. He was able to answer any and all questions that we had regarding our flooring. He was very honest and did not try to sell us something we didn’t need. Our floors looked phenomenal. Mr. Figueroa even called us to follow up on the results, greatly appreciated. I 100% recommend this company.

Where do I begin!?! As a successful small business owner, I heard about the DCS through friends that have used their service before. I had even met the owner some years back through an unrelated project, a quite charismatic fella! To say the least. I have been renting a home for the past 3 years and Was in the process of purchasing my 1st home. That said we needed to make sure that our house was clean and left as best as possible in order to retain as much as our deposit as possible. Clear our deposit was over $4000 that was because of a program we were going to do to buy that in particular house

We needed to get the floors cleaned because only aftEr we moved in did we realize that the floors had not been profeessIonally cleaned. Also one room had a strong dog smell. Rick started with a walk through and estimate and then once shceduled completed the job without any hiccups. He is an amazing human, personable, and has excellent customer service. The cleaning products are natural. No damage to furniture, walls, or baseboard. Definitely recommend.

Rick is far and above the most knowledgeable and hardest working carpet cleaner in the city - no more dragging a sloshing machine thru your rooms - you can rent one of those at the grocery store - each spot will be addressed and your carpet will be clean to the core - with his truck mounted state of the art equipment

From the beginning of the process to the end, Defy Cleaning Solutions was very professional & courteous. Rick examined the areas that we wanted cleaned, then he pointed out the stains & explained the various cleaning solutions he would use to treat them. He then pretreated the stains and started cleaning! We have 3 bedrooms and 2 large throw rugs. The whole process took about two hours. The treated areas were damp and Rick gave us booties to wear on those areas until the carpets were completely dry. Rick was knowledgeable and reasonable. We were very happy with the entire process and the outcome

I just recently bought a home here in San Antonio and defy Cleaning Solutions came and performed miracles on my carpet. This company has did work for me on a professional basis through my own workplace and is always did a good job I think Rick has dead 9 or 10 jobs for me and has always came through and went beyond what anyone else would do. In today's Times is very few people that take pride and what they do and give a good value and service for your money. I was recommended Defy Cleaning Solutions through a friend of mine who uses Defy regularly for their commercial space. I had reached out to Defy as I was on the tail end of a construction project of a home I recently purchased. I needed a complete construction clean for the house prior to moving in.
