Have you ever noticed that after the second or third clean, many companies can't seem to get it clean again? This is because most use high soapy products that leave lots of residue. This permanently stains your carpet and reduces the life span of the carpet. Our method ensures that NO residue is left behind and the carpet life is extended.
Children, pets and every day wear and tear do a number on your upholstery. We clean all types of fabrics and use a multi-step cleaning process to remove contaminants that leaves your upholstery cleaner and fresher. We thoroughly vacuum to recover all dry and loose soil before any cleaning product is applied.
We use a CRB (counter rotating brush) machine to scrub the tile in order to loosen all the dirt, soil and grease so it is ready to be extracted. A hand brush is used for the hard to reach places. We use our truck mount system with high pressure and significant heat to loosen any remaining grime and dirt.

I have tried many different carpet cleaners over the years, but I keep coming back to Monster Steamer. Their technicians go above and beyond to really make sure the job is done right and the work has a 30 day guarantee (which I've never had to use because they do it right the first time.) Our carpets are over 5 years old and look brand new and still feel soft thanks to the Monster Steamer crew.

Highly recommended! David cleaned our carpets and did everything to make sure we got the best result possible. We recently purchased a home with some staining on the carpet and figured we'd give carpet cleaning a shot first. Paid a few hundred dollars rather than a few thousand to replace and the carpets look amazing. 10/10: must try again!

Justin came in today to clean our carpet and accent rugs. Very professional and informative, explained the process, expectations and price upfront. My kids room had maker stains and were though, but he left them much better than what i expected. Making the appointment and updating the appointment was quite simple as well.

Justin came to our house this past Thursday and he was absolutely AMAZING! I have recommend this company already to multiple neighbors and family. The carpet looked beautiful when done and brand new again! Justin was professional and really had an attention to detail as well as used corner protectors around walls and stairs. The machines used were surprisingly not that load at all (I work from home) and the house smelled so good after (but not overpowering). He did our stairs, three bedrooms, loft, mast closet and the landing. Basically our whole upstairs. Terrific job!! Will totally use them again

Booked a carpet cleaning with Monster. The tech that came out was Justin. I am very happy with the job that Justin /Monster did for us. We have a very large house and Justin did an outstanding job.
The carpets look new and the entire house smells great. My wife and I are extremely happy with the job that was done for us.
We highly recommend and encourage you to use Monster if you need carpet cleaning or tile cleaning.

Really this is a business? I felt like I was working with a friend! I own a rental unit and had a tenant for five years with 2 dogs. Thought the carpet was not salvageable. David came out and saved the day. David was super friendly, on time and did an excellent job with the best attitude in 100 degree heat.

Monster Steamer came by again (repeat customer). Happy with the tech, the job, everything. If you are sensitive to fragrances (just a tip) tell them up front so they can use "AllOut" fragrance free cleaner. They will work with you on products to use, so you're a happy customer. You need to bring it up, though; address your concerns up front.
Also note, they do wool carpets, which is another plus. And area rugs.

Needed an portable cleaner & this company had one ! Booked an appt in advanced for the following week, early morning which I liked .. between 8 to 10am .. This is the second time I’ve used Monster Steamer, and once again they don’t disappoint. Ludo and his team are very professional and they do amazing work. Ludo is the owner and I had the privilege of him personally cleaning my carpets in my home. He communicated to me when they were en route and they arrived on time and when they were finished he was able to answer some questions I had about my laminate flooring. Which I really appreciate. Absolutely amazed with the quality of work and the professional but personal work done. I’ve had 3 other companies clean my carpets but I’ve never been satisfied with the work that was done. Monster steamer is absolutely amazing and will continue to use Monster Steamer for all my carpet cleaning and future furniture cleaning.
