I'm happy I could depend on JC's appliance to repair my washer and dryer. He has appliance and part knowledge, made the installation and repair process fast easy and convenient. He worked around my schedule and was in communication about next steps in regards to warranty. I will continue to use his service in the future. We know nothing about repairs. I reached out towards the evening to check their availability and within hours I had an acknowledgement email with possible service hours. He even helped us troubleshoot the minor problems over the phone. Thank you for being honest about service and cost. We will call you in the future should we need repairs again.- Maria

I called JC’s Appliance Repair because my dryer wasn’t working. The technician I spoke with with set an appointment with me and was here on time. He was prepared with gloves, mask, shoe covers and parts. He repaired my dryer in no time and his price was extremely reasonable. He was very professional and kept the area clean.
