I called them and they showed up (after calling) a bit earlier than scheduled, which was great. In the mean time I vacuumed the coil in the back of unit and it started to work again. I mentioned to him what happened and he said we should wait and see how that works out and he would come back if needed. I tried to pay him for his visit and he told me that he had a call in the area anyway so he did not charge me. Oh yah, I will call them again if needed.

Guy named Alex was rude from the moment he arrived. Extremely unprofessional for absolutely no reason. Didn’t do any work because he was too busy being argumentative and interrupting while trying to explain to him the problem with the appliance. I’ve never experienced such horrible unprofessionalism from a service technician until now.

Terrible service guy was nice to talk too at first on phone. But when he got to my home he immediately left without listening to us because of our request. We told him I have cancer and going through chemo while pregnant. He called us rude. Never use these people named Alex . No one should treat paying customers that rude not should he enter anyone’s home
