Just had the best service! Raymundo & Robert correctly diagnosed my heat coil was bad on my dryer. While repairing it, I remembered to tell them it was also squeaking. They said no problem ma'am & replaced the bearing too. Then, I asked if they could fix my water dispenser on my fridge & they did that too.

This company was assigned to my home insurance my fridge raider ice machine was stuck dispensing ice.The technician looked a little frustrated because it was 730 and he was still working when he showed up he said that since I remove my fridge raider from inside the house which I had to because it was sending water all over my floor that I damage the fridge by removing the door but everyone knows on a double door refrigerator you have to remove the doors to take them in the house so he lied on his report stating it was my fault for removing the door and it was abuse on my fridge that cause the ice

Our ice maker Started leaking water so we contacted American Home Shield and they contacted Gentech to come service are our ice maker.They called to ask about the ice maker and they said that they don't service it so then they canceled the work order and instead of them calling American Home Shield to tell them that they don't work on the this brand, they had me do it. It just sounded like someone is to lazy to do their job. Just very unprofessional. And it also sounded like they incompetent. They should have contacted American home shield to tell them that they dont work on it so Americans home

I highly recommend Gen Tech for your appliance repair needs. Ray and Jessie were on time and quickly diagnosed that my GE dishwasher pump needed replacing. The service call was on a Friday and they had the pump FEDEX’d to their shop for Monday install. I used the thumbtak app to request the service call and communicate with the shop. Very handy.

Great service from technician raymundo Cervantes called him to fix my lg washer drain pump. He came out the next day knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it that same day. Highly recommend gen tech appliances for repairs as the man that came out knows what he is doing.

As a single mom I must trust the people who come to my house and the company I pay very hard earned money to for repairs. Gen Tech was sent to my home by SEARS for the repair of my refrigerator. Because I felt like I could trust them, I used them again, but this time for my dryer. My dryer made a horrible noise when it would spin.
They successfully fixed this as well and I am happy to have a running dryer again. I am also happy to have a repair service I can count on for the future.

The owner Ray is awesome and very honest and very straight forward. He came out to fix my washer, dryer and fridge. It was fixed the same day and with part they had on there van and if not they have to fedex it and comes right away. Great experience, Will always be calling him.

Company was contracted from American Home Shield. Coming came out and tore apart my refrigerator. Left it in pieces. Said they could not fix it and they had to order a part. Scheduled the appointment for 5 days later and then called me the morning of to tell me that they didn’t order the part and need to reschedule me for 3 days later. Do not use these people. They are unorganized and unprofessional. I have been without an refrigerator for over a week and they are refusing to fix my appliance. I will be perusing legal action.

Came out to repair washing machine. Tech ran a cycle to clean out EW40, during spin process less than 20 minutes after tech left washing machine was making horrible noise. Called tech he said if it happens again call. Less than 3 hours later called because of same noise now giving run around. Run from them like they run from honoring their work.
