Supposed to have installed NEW PUMP .. First use the washer still did the same thing .. I called company and got one excuse after another .. No repairman .. No washer .. No refund .... and will mot return my phone calls DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY

I had very bad experiences with repair companies so I was a little skeptical on calling another company but Im glad I my neighbor recommended these guys. The young man came out and was very courteous and respectful, he went above and beyond for me so I will use them for all my future appliance issues. Thank you for proving good companies still exist and aren’t all about taking our money.

These folks are the best. They are I. The business of making happy wives which makes for happy lives if you know what I mean. I recommend the company and hopefully the repair guy I had. All around great service! From the 24/7 customer line to schedule a service to the flexible scheduling that allowed us to schedule service for the next day to the competent, professional technicians who were on time and fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. They say it’s impossible to find a company that provides services that are 1) affordable, 2) high quality and 3) time efficient. Supposedly, you can have 2 of those but never all 3. Well this company is the exception to that rule. Best experience I’ve had in dealing with ANY company!

I hardly leave reviews but I was blown away by the customer service and knowledge the technician had at a young age. I had a 1989 washer that several technicians tried repairing and gave up on until I called this company. Arnold came out and found the problem in 15 minutes and had my washer running the next day. Great company and great tech
