I am very particular about cleaning our carpets. That being said, we couldn’t believe how much effort they put into everything they touched! We have tried several other services which as it turns out only gave us some basis of comparison. Our home is sparkling clean! I will use them again.

A very thorough job was done on my carpets that needed a deep cleaning. It had been too long between cleanings and i was worried the carpet was too stained and damaged, but it now looks beautiful! They did a phenomenal job on my whole home. I was very impressed with the Carpet Cleaning NYC’s professionalism and courtesy. They vacuumed, pretreated areas that had high traffic, protected and helped shift furniture out of the way, and were hard working and friendly. If you want your carpets deep cleaned and not just a light dust removal, hire them. We can’t get over how immaculately clean our carpet is!

I've had my carpet cleaned many, many times but they are the best I have used. Carpet Cleaning NYC was very professional and provided quality service. I spoke to Carpet Cleaning NYC the morning after I submitted a request, and came by for an assessment of the work and quote for a deep cleaning. The SQ/FT for the carpet is approximately 1800. Our carpets were embarrassingly dirty and it now looks completely different. Hands down the best cleaners I have worked with! This was very convenient for me too.
