Jesse and his crew were respectful and very helpful, especially since I moved to the 3rd floor. They really worked hard on getting the Job done. I used this company for my move this past weekend and they were awesome! Communication was exceptional right from the start, I had tons of stuff and they made sure everything was wrapped and secure. Excellent placement of boxes and furniture so everything would fit in the truck. Moving is a pain but they made it so much easier.

They were really fast and professional. I had a really skinny and twisty back stairwell and a heavy piece of furniture and they took it all in stride and never complained. They handled my belongings with care and wrapped everything that needed extra care. They were excellent with communicating prior to the move and took my direction during the unloading. If I could give them more than five stars I would! The rate was great and I got my money's worth and I highly recommend!

Amazing! Efficient, reliable and high quality.

I used this company for my move out (pack into storage containers) and move in (emptied storage containers) out in Wheaton, IL. They are the best.

I had another company quote me and the other company said the job would take 5 hrs both ways with 4 workers. Payless did the job well in 3 hours for the pack up and 2 hrs for the unload. It was great work too.

They wrap, help take down, unwrap and put together furniture (cribs, couches, tables etc).

Look no where else. Payless is the way to go!

Do yourself a favor and just hire these guys!! We were referred to Pay Less Moving by a friend of ours that had a great experience. They were cheaper than anyone else we called and when the time came, extremely fast and efficient. What really sold us on how amazing they were was that the efficiency in loading the truck was unlike anything we've seen. They were economical with space, particularly since our truck was a little too small. If it weren't for how well they organized everything we would've been extremely S.O.L. Moving is always stressful but they are 1,000% worth every penny

I will never move without Pay Less Moving ever again! They were so quick, diligent and careful, and communicated so well with us throughout. We asked them to help with a lot of little things, like install furniture pads underneath furniture (to prevent scratches on our hardwood floors), and they didn’t blink or complain. All while moving us at 5pm-9pm (when they were probably super tired from the day). Amazing experience, attitudes, and effort! I would recommend to anyone and everyone who needs a mover, go use Pay Less Moving!

Jesse and his team were beyond phenomenal. They were punctual, efficient and courteous. They moved my stuff from two different locations and then brought it up four flights in hot weather finishing in 4.5 hours.

I can 100% say I will never use another moving service in Chicago again. This was one of the fastest moves across town I've ever done and I have a LOT of stuff. I was so stressed about the process and felt I didn't have everything ready for them, but they came in with extra boxes and were so kind and efficient and helpful. I've used other movers who milk the clock since they're paid hourly, but these guys were shockingly fast. They showed up early and were finished with everything in the estimated time frame given with my price estimate. 10/10 would recommend.

I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! Recommended by my best friend, they helped me with a local move on a rainy, cold November day. They moved me from an elevator access building into a 3 story walk up and the process / end result far exceed any expectation.

These guys came out on a Sunday morning and arrived early, worked very quickly and were professional. They drove safely on the expressway while transporting my items to storage and were even considerate with caring for my items by wrapping them in shrink wrap. When we arrived at the storage unit which appeared to be smaller than expected they managed to pack all of my items in neatly with room to spare. I would definitely recommend giving them a call for your moving needs!

These guys moved me last month & they were awesome! They actually showed up way early & I wasn't really prepared, but they were nice and told me they could wait until the scheduled time, which they did! They then came in & cleaned out my whole apt. super fast. They even wrapped my furniture & rugs. There were 3 guys & I think it took about an hour & a half from start to finish. Jesse and his crew arrived on time and completed the job as expected. I hired them to move our stuff from a condo to UPack/ABF terminal. They did a great job to place & secure our belongings in 2 Relo-cubes for long distance move. I liked the fact that they were young yet very experienced and courteous. After calling a few moving companies, PLM was the first to promptly return my call. Jesse gave me a quote over the phone and was friendly and courteous. The price was about 50$ less than other companies I called.

The movers were on time and worked quickly. PLM also included wardrobe boxes for my clothes, wrapping and padding for free! They also helped with disassembling and re assembling pieces of my furniture.

Jesse, Fabian, and Miquel did an excellent job and I highly recommend.

This team is the best. I have used them 2 times and will again, if/when I move again. Mauricio and his team have everything you want in a mover; efficient, careful, considerate, helpful, accurate, kind and friendly. In my last move (August 2019) was wonderful. NOTHING was broken, and everything got done very very quickly. I am still unpacking (two weeks later) and I still have not found any damage or breakage. Moving is literally the most challenging thing that anyone can go through. Especially when it comes to planning - I recently moved and I hired another company to move me and they cancelled the day of the moved. I was livid because it was planned a month out.
