I'm writing this review ( although I almost never do!) bc. I was really blown away by Jorge these last few days. We had an issue with either mice or rats ( not sure which one it turned out to be) and I was terrified. I felt like my home had been invaded and I was helpless. Jorge was the first person who answered my Yelp help call and so I decided to go with his company. I'm so glad I did! He is so sweet and professional and most of all responsive. He always answered my many frantic texts politely and he showed up at our home almost every single day until the mouse/rat was caught! Relief

Jorge was AMAZING! The last thing we wanted to deal with during Covid-19 are pests! We could not sleep as we heard animal sounds for a few nights and I called Jorge and he came right over! He is the nicest and such an honorable, reliable, dependable person. You will have the best care from Jorge. Turns out it was a racoon and Jorge still rodent proofed our whole house and could not have made us feel better.

Never in my life have I dealt with a rodent issue. I came home one night to clean my kitchen and found rodent droppings on my floor. I sheer horror on my face, I'm pretty sure I went pale. Next morning, I find it chewed up my chair :,(. We tried putting so many rat traps in my kitchen, but to no avail we never caught the guy. He'd lick the peanut butter off the traps, set them off and escape! This rat was ratatouille living his beat life. Anyways, after a few days of no luck I requested a quote from Jorge. I thankfully found Jorge on yelp after a terrible experience with another company!!! He responded extremely quickly on yelp and gave the most competitive price. He showed up on time and called ahead of time to notify me, which I personally appreciate a lot. He was very knowledgeable and nice! Was able to find two dead rats and remove them and even sprayed the area that had maggots forming. He didn't even charge extra for that which I'm sure other companies would have. He also sealed up six openings the original company had missed and replaced the crawl space screen to a more accessible

We had a wasps' nest on our balcony. I messaged the business on Wednesday and they were able to come on Friday to take care of it. George was prompt and extremely kind. He took care of that wasps' nest extremely fast. He also gave a one month guarantee in case they come back. I would absolutely recommend RS Pest Solutions for your pest control needs.

On the 4th of July, my pup got stung by a big nasty wasp in my yard. I quickly located the active wasp nest on the side of my house and turned to yelp to find a solution. I messaged 7 companies- not expecting to hear back from anyone on the holiday. George responded within minutes (as did all but one of the other companies actually). George's quote was competitive, but he was the only one who offered an appt for the next day (Sunday- of a holiday wknd!). Jorge inspected my property and found the entry point for the rat that was keeping my tenants awake by scurrying around in the attic, better than Rodent Masters who didnt bother checking the crawl space, and at one fourth the price. He did a very thorough job finding every nook and cranny and then covering them, setting traps and follow up for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend him for extermination services. One year warranty kept me confident the rats wouldn't return next spring to nest. Super good at follow up and being on time.

I started to notice an issue with crickets, spiders and water bugs at home and decided it was time to call an exterminator. Jorge was very competitive with his quote on exterior services so I decided to move forward with it. He was very easy to communicate with and gave me updates on his arrival status. I can finally fall asleep without having the crickets chirp so loud! :)
