Tennessee Chimney Care has earned my business for a lifetime. Brandon is so easy to chat with and takes extra time to ensure homeowners understand their homes better. He thoroughly explained my fireplace and chimney's care needs and helped me better understand the schedule I should follow for maintenance.
Brandon is punctual, polite, honest, and thorough. Just today, he performed regular cleaning/maintenance on my fireplace and chimney, replaced a part on my chimney, and cleaned out my dryer vents (which had not been done in likely 10 years!). He does it all and he does it right. Tennessee Chimney Care did an amazing job on both of my fireplaces and chimneys.

Brandon was extremely professional, friendly, and responsive, he even squeezed us into his already busy schedule. He could have taken a break in between his other houses, but made time to do ours because he was in the area. We will forever recommend Tennessee Chimney Care!

Brandon was on time, professional & courteous. He removed a lot of soot from my chimney & afterwards it was clean as a whistle. Brandon explained the maintenance requirements to keep my fireplace in top shape. He also answered every question I had.

We have used Tennessee chimney care for years, not sure why I am just writing a review. They are absolutely the best! They have excellent customer service and prices. They don’t try to over sell you. They respond in a timely manner and are always so pleasant to deal with. I cannot say enough great things about them, you will not regret using them. I don’t worry about making a fire since I know they do such a thorough cleaning.

We have used Tennessee Chimney Care for two years now. We have beyond pleased with Brandon’s professionalism. It is hard to get people to actually come out and do what they are supposed to do, especially living a little further out in Kingston. We have had zero issues with Brandon. He shows up when he says he will, even called to let me know on his way. He also did a fantastic job cleaning and inspecting our wood stove. He left zero mess! Would highly recommend and plan to continue to use this company every year!

I met Brandon while he was servicing my neighbor's home. We set up an appointment for the following week. He called prior to coming and gave me an ETA on his arrival. He was also super courteous. We don't allow shoes in our home and he happily took his shoes off (unlike many contractors/handymen who come to service our home). He cleaned my dryer vents, discussed maintenance with us, and cleaned up everything nicely. He is also incredibly reasonably priced. He even took the time to answer our questions very thoughtfully. I am 100% going to use him again and recommend him to other neighbors.
