Anthony did a fantastic job on my apartment- I never imagined the results could be as good as they were. My roommate's dog left urine stains all over the apartment carpet and I didn't think they could ever be fully removed. Now the carpet looks like new, and smells good too! Anthony was on-time, efficient, friendly, explained the charges and what he would be doing, and even gave me an unexpected discount. I highly highly recommend Carpet Clean Group.

We had a lot of pet stains and they all came out. Anthony cared about his work and spent awhile making sure that it was perfect! There was no chemical smell which was so nice for our sensitive noses.

My company shipped our customers items to Denver and unfortunately their mattress was dirtied in transit. I reached out to this firm in hopes that they would work with us directly to get the mattress cleaned for our customer. Josh was so professional and understanding that these kinds of things sometimes happen in the industry I am in and he took really good care of our VIP customer! Not only that I he didn't pressure me with the invoice right away and I followed up with them to get the invoice so we can pay them directly. It is so rare to find a company that would be willing to work with

I highly recommend Carpet Clean Group. The entire process was easy for me, with great results. It was simple to schedule the appointment, they showed up on time, were friendly and respectful, and most importantly -- they did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets (the end result was better than I expected!). Anthony cleaned our carpets, couches, armchair, and area rug. He did a fantastic job! It was not an easy task since we have two small children--he spent the extra time to get out the stains from everything. He not only did a great job with the cleaning but had excellent customer service skills as well.
I also loved that the products used were eco-friendly and biodegradable. We will definitely be requesting Anthony at Carpet Clean Group next time we are due for a carpet cleaning.

I can only reiterate what other reviewers have said, this company is fantastic to work with. Anthony is a special person that genuinely cares about his work and providing the highest level of service. The carpet in my daughter's room was a disaster with makeup stains. When Anthony was finished my carpet looked brand new, really unbelievable. He was on time to start, finished when he said he would, and did an amazing job.

Patience Patience and professionalism. The service industry is tough, I know because I own an auto glass company where you have to rely on multiple people, warehouses and distributors. The owner was understandable and patient although it caused him a lot of inconvenience. Definitely call these guys for a care- free experience.
