Full weekly service is the go-to for most pool owners. It includes all the maintenance needed to keep your pool looking its best while remaining cost-effective. We understand the effort taken by you as the homeowner to build and maintain a safe, peaceful backyard environment. Southwest Pool Care is fully equipped to tackle that repair you've been meaning to get fixed, from repairing leaky plumbing to installing and upgrading your pool equipment.
You can schedule your free service estimate on weekdays, any time during business hours (9AM-5PM). I will confirm that there will be free entrance to the backyard (entrance anywhere else on the property will usually not be necessary). You may choose to meet with me at the property to discuss terms, conditions, and pricing, but that is not required.

Lance is an awesome gentlemen. I found him through the recommended of several neighbors. I called 3/4 pool places trying to ask for about services. Each place, I had to leave a message. Lance actually answered and talked to me for 30 minutes about my problem!
I decided then and there I would utilize Lance's service rather than a big pool company. I had previous issues with a big pool company spouting "policies and procedures" to me.
Either you are a good star company and honor your products and work or you don't. Lance provides gold star service.

I have worked with Lance since he started his business, he's constantly improving to offer the best service and keeps up with the latest developments in the pool industry. The only negative is that he drives a Ford, but no one is perfect

After getting the run around from other companies (no shows, no callbacks, etc.), I found Lance. The first time I called, he picked up right away and actually seemed eager to help even though I am out of his regular service area. He showed up as scheduled, and on time! I am a first-time pool owner, and from the minute Lance started explaining water chemistry and my pool equipment to me I knew I had finally found the right person. My pump doesn't seem to be pumping well for many months. My old pool guy stood me up 3 different times so I decided to get estimates. It is a saturday and my pool is looking poorly. I called a company that had nice reviews and their answering service picked up right away and took my number, but after a couple of hours no one had called back. One large pool service business said they do not give free estimates, a diagnosis would cost $75. Not unreasonable, but hey if I can get a free estimate all the better.

Lance is the real deal. He always goes above and beyond every visit. He not only knows the how but the why so problems are stopped before they happen. He also understand equipment. My filter was undersized (sold to me by my last company) for my pool and I was going through cartridges left and right. He explained because the pump was overwhelming the filter. Once I understood that he put in the right sized filter for my pool and pump and my pool hasn't looked better. You owe it to yourself to give Lance a shot!

Lance answered right away. Came over right away ready to conquer our problem. He accessed the situation and took care of it. Very professional he knew what he was doing and wanted to make sure everything was perfect when he left. Also received a follow up phone message from him to make sure everything was ok. We will be calling him again and are extremely grateful that he was there when we needed him. He is also very reasonably priced.
