I live in Mona Lisa Village and L & L services our community pool. I am not on the board, nor am I part of the management company. I am a resident that uses the the pool very often. Jesse comes out 3 times a week and keeps our pool & spa sparkling! What I also appreciate about Jesse is not only his attention to detail in maintaining the pool, but how kind he is to all of us “people in the pool”. We have been with L&L Pool Service almost...8 years! That's a lot of pool cleaning and service. They are terrific. We rent our house out when we're not there, on VRBO and AirBnB, and that's a good 8-9 months out of the year. Whenever we have a problem L&L is like a Swat team. On it in a hurry. They know that our guests will raise hell if the pool isn't clean, if the jacuzzi heater is not working, if the jacuzzi jets are not strong enough, if the pool light is broken, if the pool is not heating, the list goes on and on. New to pool ownership and after calling various places around town for someone to help me with an in-depth pool assessment and feeling like they did not wanted to help, I called L&L. Alex from L&L was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to ensure that I received quality customer service. I highly recommend L&L Pool Service to anyone with any pool need. He installed and Pentair Intelliflo VST2 and did an excellent job. He even fixed an unrelated water leak and came back the next day to show me how it all works. A+, top notch service.

I had a difficult-to-diagnose issue with my pool's in-ground jets, and was pleased that L & L took the time to truly look at the problem, understand it, and do the job right.
Hats off to two gentlemen in particular, Josiah and Paul, for their hard work, persistence, and attention to detail. They even took the time to show me the root cause of the issue, and how I can prevent it from happening again in the future. This is what real service looks like, and they have more than earned my loyalty as a customer.

L& L came highly recommended for a pool leak. They came, gave me a bid which included a pump replacement which we had never discussed. I called them on it. I should have gone somewhere else right there and then. Then the work started. I had to babysit the worker: pool pump running while there was no input, gate left opened, a dial used but then blocked by the brick they laid, water pipe for the back wash not set to go downhill. Finally, they were done, leaving me one hose disconnected, and worse, one timer which was reconnected to the faucet, but with the faucet turned off. I lost most of my

L&L Pools has been talking care of my pool for about 10 years now since I first bought my home. Buying a home with a pool meant that I had a lot of additional responsibilities that I did not foresee.
They have always been courteous, respectful, prompt and most importantly very fairly priced. They never try to sell you something you don't need and from the maintenance man to the owners they are top notch people!

Professional, timely service. They will try to charge you for chemicals, so make sure that you have your own if you can. They come out on time, do the work, are professional, and won't smash the window in your back yard, rob you and not answer their phone when you try to track them down (like some others).
