Services
We service residential and commercial pools, spas and fountains, including both chlorine and salt systems. All service plans include an initial inspection and evaluation. Weekly maintenance includes brush, net, vacuum, empty baskets, check filters and chemicals. Additionally, equipment will be checked monthly.
We repair and install pumps, heaters and filters for both residential and commercial pools, spas and fountains. ABCS Pool Service also does chlorine rinses and acid wash, as well as lighting installation and repairs, including LED, fiber optic and incandescent. Call for more information and to get a quote.

They have recently admitted restructuring and not meeting needs of clients. Credited a month and promises of improvement. Recently, received notice that my pool needed to be drained and power-washed. Just done 2 years ago. When I called the office, I was told it was because of chemical problem. They were in charge of the chemicals???
Oh and by the way, my fee was going up $60/month. I guess when I had a new pool serviceman every month, I should have known there were problems.

Thomas was just here servicing the pool and hottub to the VRBO we are renting for the week. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and took our stay and use of the facility into consideration. He asked if we wanted certain things done, which could wait until next week, but would render the pool unusable for half a day. He was great about our wishes. Learning the business is a not for profit, and community support provider, means we will be using their service, as we are in the VRBO, waiting for the closing of our home in the Oro Valley. We use their weekly pool cleaning. This pool service left us with a $3000 water bill, a dirty green pool (because it was "monsoon season"), and they never make sure the pool pump is working properly when they leave. Words cannot describe how terrible they have been.

We just moved into our new home which happens to have a swimming pool. We were searching for a pool cleaning company and ran into ABC pools, so We called to set up an appointment and we were turned down because this so called company said they dont service our area. We live in the south/west (Irvington & Cardinal)..they advertise that they will clean your pool but there is no where saying that they will only travel to certain areas..I call this false advertising..they may be a good pool cleaning company..but please put into your advertising that you only cover certain areas...

I cannot recommend ABC Pools, unfortunately, to anyone. We again tried to use a local RR/Vail business and got burned.
Our pool light went out in October. Usually who cares because it is October and we're not using the pool anyway. However, we were putting our house up for sale and needed it repaired. After some solicitation of reviews from others we went with ABC Pools. They mentioned that they were a new business and that they supposedly donate all profits to local charity. What a nice idea. We contacted them and explained what we needed. They sent someone out to provide a quote

This is probably the worst service I have ever received! I'll give the bad new first: the owner Josiah could not show up on time or keep an appointment, he was always late or was having to reschedule. What broke the camels back was when we were invoiced for a full month of service and Josiah had completely missed an entire week he basically no called no showed despite several texts and phone calls. So disrespectful and unprofessional! However, I will say that when he did show he did a good job. If he could just learn a little about customer service, accountability and keeping his word he may
