I don't know how these people have 4.8 reviews on their website. The first two or three years were great having them because they were doing their job. These past three years have been just ridiculous. I have gotten into arguments with their workers numerous times because my pool is disgusting. They recently fired a guy named Beto because he wasn't doing his job and emailing pictures of our pool from months, if not years ago. Okay, great I thought, my pool is going to be serviced. Well, I was wrong. Our pool hasn't been touched since November 18th. I have proof of that. They still have the nerve

I am a very loyal customer and don’t often feel the need to leave poor reviews. However, I really attempted to give Blue Knight the benefit of the doubt given that things have been rough for everyone the past two years. They were recommended to me by my relator and I made the mistake of not shopping around or calling other places first. In the year and a half that I was with them there were several red flags that I overlooked.

In my opinion Blue Knight is the best pool service in town. I have been using this service since I moved to Tucson 5 years ago. I have an older pool which has needed some intensive care. Dax and his staff have been so professional and understanding while working with me through problems that have occurred. They have gone above and beyond making sure that that my problems were solved. I am especially happy with Nick who services my pool. He is very polite,very thorough and very professional. Thanks Nick you do an awesome job!!

We've had them for a few years now and although they are great at their weekly maintenance schedule, not so much when it comes to repairs and following up with clients. It seems like we always have to call them to ask why the repair tech is not here, instead of the other way around. They also take forever to get you a quote for a service. In addition, when asked if we could purchase the repair items and just pay for the installation (warranty not included, of course), they refused. We are searching for a new company.

I called these folks with a bad leak in my pipes leading to my pool filter. This was degrading a block wall next to it. They were here and fixed the issue in 48 hours. Called another pool company and am still waiting for them to return my call. Blue Knight is the one to call. Thanks fellas!

We called this company after they came recommended to do the cleaning/power blasting of our pool. We had a confirmed appointment for Wednesday.

Wednesday: They did not show up. I called that day around 4:00pm to ask what happened and where were they. Left a voice mail.

Thursday: Received an email in the morning (not a phone call) that one of their people called out sick the day prior, when we were originally scheduled, and they had to rearrange and move our appointment to the next day (the day I got the email). It would have been nice to have been called first thing Wednesday, since obviously

Update. Blue Knight changed out my filter from sand to a glass medium. I didn't realize until several weeks later that they threw all the sand over my fence. I saw it and was irritated but thought "oh well." Well, the City sent me a violation notice because pool sand does have some chemicals in it and it had to be removed.
What a headache that was because sand weighs a lot and then we had to take it to the dump in Marana.
This should have been Blue Knight job. Again, do not hire these people.

Very good service. Pool cleaner Beto is very easy to work with and does a very good job cleaning the pool. Blue Knight also offers service to fix problems. Every time I have used them they have fixed the problem and the cost was very reasonable.

We used blue night to service our pool for quite a while. We had our overflow valve go out and they came out with an hours to fix it at an extremely reasonable price. We no longer use blue night only because we moved out of the Tucson area.

I had Blue Knight come to our home and clean the tiles in our pool, the were friendly and professional they also made sure they kept their distance (which I didn't care). Their price was reasonable and we will definitely have them do the pool again when we need it. I also have them clean our filters once or twice a year.

I've used Blue Knight for three years. I thoroughly recommend Rio for my pool maintenance. He is thorough, professional and answers all my questions. We always feel he has our best interests in mind. Alex has replaced equipment for us and is fantastic. Don't hesitate to check them out.

This guy is probably the worst human being on this planet. He steals from his employees, laughs about it, then tells them that they can do nothing about it. I was in his "place of business" when I saw him degrading one of his employees. You actually had the nerve to have a verbal discussion about changing someone hours in order to steal from them. What a waste. I'll be sure to tell everyone what I saw. I am glad I didn't hire you to service the pools at my husband's rentals. You should be ashamed of yourself. I wish I could give you no stars

Alex changed out a spa timer and replaced the leaking pvc pipes. He did excellent work and was very knowledgeable.

Although I do not have a pool myself I call on Sam to help my clients repair and maintain their pools regularly. He has always been super quick to respond, fair priced and a pleasure to work with.

My pool is in Tucson but I am away from it at least 3 out of every 4 weeks. This means that I rely heavily on Blue Knight pool service to be reliable and consistent in their care of the pool. It is an older pool with leakage issues and thus, water level problems . Recently the water level dropped such that is was getting near to having to shut off the pump. They immediately called me (I was again , out of town) so I could get my back-up plan going to get it filled. Andrew, the weekly cleaner, notified the office BEFORE it got too low to allow him to clean the pool or have a burned out pump

Most notable in reading the critical reviews of Blue Knight Pool Service (this is one of them) is the fact they all address essentially the same core issues: Promises not kept and pre-paid services not rendered. And when there is a problem, the owner (Dax) generally admits to his company's failures, promises to resolve the issue(s), and then does little or nothing of which he promised.

I highly recommend using Matt at Blue Knight Pool Services. He is very attention to detail and he's takes his time. There was a few weeks we didn't have Matt as the pool guy and when we called with concerns the office staff was great and helped out. I recommend Blue Knight Pool Service.

I have worked to try and make this relationship work for almost a year and finally I have cancelled my service and couldn't be happier. They would skip their normal day of service and never tell us but had no issue charging our credit card. When I call to tell them our pool was not cleaned they would call me a liar, despite the bottom of the pool being filthy.

The owner is a nice a reasonable man who fessed up to many of the issues I have had in the past but the other people who work there and take calls are mean and nasty. Do yourself a favor and skip this company.
