Mr. Cudmore, is well known in the moving world. When he was only 13 he started moving furniture with his Dad and driving a moving truck at the age of 16. Mr. Cudmore is the youngest in San Diego, California to receive his contractors license at 19. He takes great pride in every move he completes and tries to meet your every need.

Packing the right items in the right cartons is important.
Make sure you add a little paper at the bottom of the box to insure a cushion for your items. Wardrobe's are used for the hanging clothes in the closet and shoes at the bottom of the wardrobe. Can be used for the night-after comforter and other blankets. For the item's (clothes) in the dressers or chests can be left in there.

The crew came down to the apartment on time made one stop the house and one to the storage. Will be using this company %100 my next move. No bs, just hard work and great movers. Can't beat their pricing either. I had everything staged and ready for them so I will say you do play a part in how much time it takes for them to move. I did my part and they for sure did theirs. We were just NOT looking forward to the moving process and our expectations of a moving company were not that high. We found this business via NextDoor and went with them b/c seemingly they were familiar with the area we were moving to and WERE AFFORDABLE. We were very impressed on many levels: the speed at which they worked, nothing was broken, all boxes placed in correct room, etc. Most impressed by Eric and Jimmy's work ethic. Worked for hours non-stop without complaining; respectful of us and our belongings. They deserve a raise b/c hard working, trust worthy employees are extremely hard

After getting stars in my eyes from some moving companies that have very high ratings on Yelp.... I finally came across a review for one of them that revealed that company gave a discount to anyone posting a review. I understand wanting to incent people to write reviews ... however that sure made me suspect of the genuineness of the kudos.

They were originally recommended to me by my parents who used them for there last move.
I don't know where to start, I actually had a heart warming and enjoyable moving experience. Jeff, Eric, and Jimmy were all easy to work with and they got my things into my new place in a timely/ efficient manner that exceeded my expectations. Yes the move was seamless, however, the genuine goodness and hard work ethic that all of them had in them was what warmed my heart. I will whole heartedly recommend them to anyone I know and use them again and again.

I will never move again without hiring this crew! Very professional. Very careful with our stuff and the walls/flooring of the houses we moved in and out of. Super efficient and each of them took time to ask questions about furniture and box placement for 100% of the items we needed moved. They even started at our former residence, then stopped at our storage unit to grab more items on the way to our new place. They completed the move within the time estimate provided. They work well together as a team . They were great with organization to disassemble the required items such as bed frames

We were referred to this company by our realtor and were so glad to have booked them for our move. Jeff, Jimmy, and Eric provided excellent service and all the time with a positive attitude and always with a polite response when we asked to put a piece of furniture somewhere other than where they had placed it.

I would highly recommend Affordable Moving Company. They went above and beyond to make sure that my move went smoothly. Jeff and the crew took good care of our stuff and did a very professional job. They showed up on time and were very polite and professional. The price was reasonable and came in very close to the original estimate even though we had to add a few things on the day of the move.

The best moving company in San Diego. The owners are wonderful and the employees are hard working and do a great job taking care of my things. These folks moved us last time (in 2012) when we moved from Ramona to our nice rental in Rancho Bernardo, and we're hiring them again to move us from RB to Escondido here in a few weeks.
These folks are careful, friendly, respectful of personal property, punctual - I just can't say enough good stuff about them.
We had a 4 bedroom house with a 3 car garage full of wood working equipment (the kind that takes 220, baby!) and they moved it all quickly, efficiently, and carefully. Not a thing was damaged - which is a miracle, because it is expected that something will get a little beat
