Jamestown Estate Homes prides itself in being a top homebuilder in Garden Oaks and Oak Forest. Garden Oaks was established in 1937, with strict deed restrictions including large home set backs from the lot boundaries. These set backs give the neighborhood a distinct feel with abundant green space. Established in 1946, most of the original homes in Oak Forest were built for World War II veterans.

Jamestown Estate Homes is a luxury home builder in the Memorial area. We build new homes in the Memorial Villages, including Piney Point and Hunters Creek Village. Also, we build in Hedwig Village, Bunker Hill Village, Spring Valley, and their surrounding areas. Memorial is known for its abundant mature trees, and estate homes set on sprawling homesites.

I have built three homes now and this last experience with Jamestown has been above and beyond any prior experience. After an extensive search and interviewing multiple builders, we had originally contracted with Jamestown to build on our lot in the suburbs. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to change directions. We were happy to find one of their homes in the city that was near completion. We reached back out to Victoria who helped us through the new process and to make a number of changes to the home to suit our needs. She was extremely helpful, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with

When you're considering a high end real estate investment, it is imperative to work with someone with their level of experience and integrity. We love our new custom home by Jamestown Estate Homes. We used one of their existing floor plans and modified it just the way we wanted it - so we did not have to start from scratch but still got exactly what we wanted. There were some ups and downs in the process, but our project manager, Spencer Sledge, was always very professional and responsive and worked with us to think of creative ideas and efficient solutions to address anything that came up. He even helped us design the perfect backyard for our kids!

My wife and I relocated from the East coast and we were overwhelmed by the variety of builders in Houston. As experienced buyers, we have a keen eye for quality craftsmanship when it comes to a new home, finishings, and overall design. After many weeks of reviewing properties online, we stumbled upon the Jamestown Estate Homes in the Oak Forest home. The floorplan was perfect. The upgrades, craftsmanship, aesthetics, and design choices were top notch and far superior (in my opinion) to the other builders in the marketplace.

My wife and I began looking at newly constructed homes in July 2019, but didn't find the size or layout we wanted. Jamestown was one of the builders whose homes we toured, and we were impressed with the quality. While touring a Jamestown home, we met Victoria Hawes, one of the principals at Jamestown. From Victoria, we learned of the opportunity to acquire a large lot in the Memorial Villages area and build a custom home to suit our particular needs. Long story short, Jamestown designed and built our new home in about nine months, from foundation to closing. Victoria was very helpful - knowledgeable

We worked with Jamestown at the onset of the journey to build in greater heights. Jamestown worked with us to find a lot. They helped with the feasibility of what would fit, and develop a construction cost that fit our budget. Spencer our construction superintendent managed the construction and kept us on schedule and on budget. It was a pleasure to work with the team at Jamestown. They were very flexible and accommodating throughout the process. We highly recommend the people and the company.

We recently moved into our Jamestown custom house and were extremely happy with the entire process. Roughly one year ago we were in our first design meeting with the Jamestown team describing our wants/needs in a new house and here we are now sitting in the house. We were previously able to tour a completed house Jamestown had built and were impressed with the design/quality. During the house design phase Victoria was able to capture everything we asked for and was very easy to work with. It was exciting to see how quickly that discussion turned into a blueprint for our future house.
