Can't say I'd recommend this company. My furnace was not working properly so I called these guys to check it out. Tech was on time and very professional but charged me $300 for a "cleaning" of my system and told me it had the wrong parts in it which caused it to not work correctly. I thought that was weird considering it had been working perfectly for years on those same parts but paid the "cleaning" fee and said thanks as he did get it running. An hour later my system stopped working again. I went up to check it out myself but noticed that the system was still very dirty and no signs of any cleaning

We called them in for a second opinion. Kayvan was very professional and addressed all of our concerns. Our furnace did not need to be replaced as we were told earlier and the repairs were done at a fraction of the price.

Very impressed with Exact! We used them through our Home Warranty. Our AC stopped working, and honestly we were dreading the process and afraid it would take forever and end up being costly (even with our warranty). Someone was dispatched to our home the same day the service request was put in (it’s also worth noting that even the schedulers and those who answer the phones are incredibly polite and helpful). He was timely, called ahead to make sure we knew he was on his way, wore a mask and shoe covers, and told us the facts without trying to sell us on anything / pressure us into a decision

We have used exact temp for our seasonal maintenance and periodic repairs to keep our older AC unit operating properly.
The staff had been courteous, professional, and very helpful at all levels through the process.
Receptionist has been appropriate and accurate in providing administrative support, while the field techs have been reliable and resourceful. All of the work has been provided at a fair rate and the results/repairs have been provided on a timely basis.
