We have been in Henderson now for about 7 months so we are still putting together our "Go To" list of people for various household issues.
On X-mas Eve, we came into the kitchen at night to find hundreds of ants on the counter. Obviously Ecogen wasn't coming late on X-mas Eve so we emailed them. I received an email on Monday as soon as the office was opened and was told someone will be there tomorrow.
The next day, a technician shows up, sprays and says that we should be prepared for them to come out over the next few days. He

I started using EcoGen on a bi-monthly basis over summer when we were seeing a lot of bug in the house. Since their first visit, we have not had any bug problems in our home and we've been using them for several months. The guys are always nice when they come out and the receptionist who schedules the visits is very sweet and helpful! It's affordable and completely worth it. They have a great policy and will come out again if you see any live bugs in the house between visits. Would highly recommend! Best in town.

5 stars! Would give more if that were an option. I have been a customer for a couple of years now, We ALWAYS get the best service. This is the first time Niles has been to our house to service and did a fantastic job. Blown away by his services and attentive to detail with de-webbing and spraying areas we didn’t even think about. They truly have the best communication. Michelle and her team are amazing. Phil at EcoGen has by far the best customer service I've experienced in quite some time. Not only was he responsive, but he'd respond to messages after business hours AND was so quick to reply, too. I love when businesses can take care of scheduling and booking through text message, too. That's a big bonus for me.

Just had our initial service done and I was compelled to write this review because I've been impressed with everything so far. Unhappy with our current pest control provider, I sent an inquiry via Yelp and the owner, Phil responded that evening; on a weekend too! Their tech could have come out two days out but we settled on a couple days later due to my scheduling. Phil has been courteous and thorough via email and him being the owner responding to emails is a nice, personal touch.

We just moved into a new house and needed Pest Control asap. Within the hour, Phil from EcoGen had us scheduled and on the books for the next day! We had a huuuuge cricket problem. Within 24 hours of them treating our house we noticed a big difference. There were significantly less bugs and if we did see them, they were already dead. I will recommend EcoGen to all of my friends and family!

We received same day service. The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and straight up fun to talk to. I love when people are really excited about their job and the company they work for -- that's a sign you have hired the right people.
The initial service was a great bargain and the bi monthly maintenance price is competitive. Great experience all around.
Most importantly, based on the amount of dead bugs we found the next day and the fact we haven't seen anymore live ones, I'd say they did a great job.

Such an awesome company. I originally requested a quote on Yelp and I heard back quickly. My family and I had seen 2 scorpions, ants, and roaches at the rental we had just moved into. The dessert heat is bringing all these pests out from the woodworks!
