Recently switched companies and decided to give Central Comfort Air Conditioning a try for A/C maintenance. The difference was night and day. Edgard was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. The service was by far the most comprehensive my A/C unit has ever received. Overall, I had a positive experience with excellent customer service.

We replaced an old system and I’m very pleased with the whole process. Eric and the technicians are professional and reliable. We had originally called late in the afternoon to request an appointment and Eric came to our house that same day. We had estimates on the following day showing different options that are within our budget just as we requested. Quality service! Highly recommend this company!

Since I contracted with Central Comfort Air Conditioning in April 2021 to service my business they have always been responsive, they arrive on time and performed the service as requested. If they have any issue they immediately let you know, that way I can plan the day. I also like they text you and email you to confirm the appointment, text you when the technician is on his way and you can pay online. I like they are using some technology which is not common in this business.

They have a really great team! My A/C busted in the middle of summer. Their sales manager, Juan Villa came over assessed the situation and explained my options for a new HVAC system. I didn’t have the cash in hand but he was also able to give me 0% financing and approved me on the spot.
The next day the installers came with the equipment. Juan Carlos and his partner were very clean and professional. The knew exactly what they were doing so the install went as smooth as can be.
Really impressed with how well everything went and really impressed by the professionalism of the employees I interacted

They are always very professional. I have used this company multiple times for my personal property and my rental and have always had a good experience. Furthermore, the AC tech Patrick is the best. In Miami it is difficult to find companies that do work well and for a fair price that is why I am glad I found central comfort air conditioning. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a new AC or repair to an existing unit.
