I wish I could show pictures on here... This is a company I will never use again. They also charge $160 an hour from when they show up they move very slow and even if they only work 30 minutes into the hour… they charge you for the full hour... In the end he did help me with charging me less per hour but definitely charged me for 2 hours and work for one and a 1/2 hours... I found out afterwards that he put a shark by on my pipe which plumbers love to do because they never work and they make a lot more money.. Yes when he left he left all this mess and he cut off almost a foot of pipe which

I was referred to Bolin plumbing by a friend. I understand they mainly do commercial properties...although some residential. I was appreciative of them giving an over the phone quote to replace a water heater. After having other larger well known places give me a few quotes (and then recovering from the sticker shock), I called Bolin back. They were able to fit me in the day after. Ross and Louie were on time, came in under the price quoted over the phone, (HALF of what the big companies wanted), followed COVID safety guidelines (masks and social distancing), gave a detailed invoice and explained

I had a leaking water heater and left a message with Bolin Sunday evening. They called me back the next morning but I was not available. When I called back (mid-morning) they were able to fit me into their schedule later in the afternoon. The leak had progressed even though I had shut off the water line leading to it so we definitely needed the service. At this point there was a "river" running into the street from our garage. I waited patiently and finally got a call 35 minutes after they were due to arrive only to be told that their insurance didn't cover them to do work on multi
