When our water heater failed late in the afternoon I was incredibly lucky to find a Denny Plumbing truck and plumber already working at the driveway next door. A call to the office allowed the plumber (Sean) to immediately assess our problem and suggest a solution. What I anticipated as a multi[-day project that would require lost time at work and untold complications, was resolved at a fair price by the end of the day.

After telling me they would check to make sure our old one was under warranty (since it was only 4 years old) they did not. After charging me $2300 and me having to call 4 times to inquire about the warranty, I received different answers and they refused to provide me with a detailed invoice. We had used Denny previously and had good service but did not know they were purchased by Mr Plumber and we are NOT fans of their new business practices. We won’t use them again. Total rip-off and very poor customer service.

The price quoted to replace the water heater was very high $2895 for a 6 year warranty.
The same job cost me $1600 a year ago by the same company. I was told those were last years prices. So a whopping 84% increase in a year!
I had to get the work done because the house had a new born and needed hot water so I haggled and he agreed to do it for $2000. That still a 25% price increase in a year. Ouch!

Denny plumbing came and installed shut off valve for my water supply in my garage. They showed up on time, quoted the job, and did the work quickly without making a mess. Highly recommend these guys. They were extremely professional, dressed nicely and courteous the whole time.

The technicians are very professional and personable. They explained what they needed to do and answered all our questions. The only item that could use some refinement is in scheduling some customer service training for the person that answered my initial phone call on Saturday, September 25th. Although she was not completely rude, she wasn't particularly friendly or helpful. However, I still used Denny's Plumbing based on my previous experience with them. In the end, it's all about the technicians. They have remained consistently excellent and respectful.

Fabian and Ephrain saved the day. My water softener died and flooded the garage over night while my husband was out of town and I was home with my two young kids. They were there within 90 minutes on a Saturday morning and offered all the expertise I needed to make a good decision. The new softener, a far superior system for my house, was installed by 11:30am and I got to go about my day. Highly recommend these guys!

Came out, spent five minutes diagnosing a water filter and charged $99.00. Easily could have been diagnosed over the phone as a customer courtesy. Quoted me for installing a new water softener for over $3,400.00 bucks (Of which parts comparable at Home Depot are $600.00) and at most would be half a days labor. Accused me of contaminating the water system for treating a well system with a well cleaner purchased from a reputable source. Gave me a bunch of lawyer jargon on the ramifications. I own a small business in a similar kind of work, I can smell somebody gouging a mile away. Would hate for

After the February freeze, we called four different plumbers to repair our two tankless water heaters. Only Denny came out and assessed the situation. They correctly told us it would be quicker if we sourced our own parts and called them back when they arrived. We did exactly that and had hot water before any other plumber even called us back. We would like to say thank you so much to Fabian who works for Denny Plumbing and helped us fix our hot water problems in the house. We would also like to extend that thank you to the other two gentlemen from Denny Plumbing who have helped us out in the past. Been using for years.Good Service, i thought. Until i went to replace an aqua pure filter in side a unit they replaced last year. Discovered that when they installed the new unit and filter the broke the filter tip that screws into the housing. The filter was sitting in the housing not attached. The installer new it last year. So sad. They used to be very good. They wanted $179.00 to look at the problem they created. Bad.

I've been using Denny for a few years now for renovation, new hot water heater and hooking up new sinks in the hall bathroom.
I had Sean (spelling?) come for most of the work and he's the best!
When he couldn't finish a job due to our sink improperly installed, he took the time to hook up just the AC drainage - no charge - and came back after the sink was properly installed.
When he and his assistant did our hot water heater, his service, time to finish the job and quality was first class!

I had a small "emergency" leak at my refrigerator ice-maker spigot.
The answering service was quick to respond, so they got my business. The technician was a bit slower. We spent a lot of time talking about their reputation, and how they were here to serve their customers.
In the end, I had a single trip, 3 valves replaced. Lots of happy conversation in between, and $500 in cost.
Would not recommend.

A had an emergency leak in my water main that was flooding the street on Friday. I immediately called SAWS and assumed that they would fix the problem since it was outside of the home (that's how it worked at my last residence). Unfortunately, they only shut off the water and informed me that I needed to call a plumber. I had called at least 9 different plumbers in the area and Denny Plumbing was the only one that called me back. After assessing the situation, they fixed the problem within the hour and even with the off-hours fee, did not charge what I was expecting for an emergency call
