Their technician Derrick was great, friendly, polite professional and very knowledgeable. We were very satisfied with the work performed by Derrick. He had gone above and beyond my expectations by providing excellent work.

I LOVE these guys! My A/C broke when it was 97 degrees (but felt like 107 with the humidity!). They came out right away. I used my home warranty and it was seemless. These guys, Ronnie and Damon, were so professional, polite and knowledgeable. Even Denise at the offise was fantastic. I put these guys in my phone because they will be the only company I use! I had a lengthy discussion over the phone about this situation, and was told that changes would be made to ensure the safety of their customers. They will now be asking customers over the phone (during scheduling) if they prefer the plumbers wear a mask or not. I believe it is extremely important, during these difficult times, to prioritize the health and safety of others over everything else. I've gone ahead and changed my rating.

The company was called by property management out to replace a thermostat that was not working on 12/7/2020. They quoted me for multiple issues to include a heat strip on a brand new 2017 home which had previously been evaluated before my tenant moving in.
They performed work on my home which I cannot with confidence say was necessary because my home was build by the end of 2017 and the HVAC was annually serviced except for 2020 since I had moved out.
I agreed to pay the quote and have the work done because I did not want to cause any issues for my tenant.

Was introduced to Xcalibur today for a second opinion for issues I was having with my faucet. Ms. Denise and Mr. Derek was absolutely delightful. Denise went out of her way in my opinion to make sure I was taken care of and did her due diligence to avoid multiple trips to resolve the issue at hand the same day.
The problem ended up being poor… installation from the previous plumber who had installed the new faucet. The customer service and professionalism provided by both Denise and Derek were phenomenal.

Denise was absolutely fantastic and even put up with a less than stellar home warranty company.
She went way out of her way to take care of my family and get our water heater replaced and return our home to normal as fast as possible.
Zach was very informative and very personable when he came to my residence and explained everything thoroughly.
From the start of the home warranty claim, to installation, was just about less than 24 hours.

At first, I was upset because I thought they had forgotten about me at the end of the day and did not call to reschedule. Then their tech called thirty mins prior to arrival and was very nice, past the time they were closed and came out to fix my issue! He was very nice and professional! I'm am a pretty patient person but my patients was tried with this company that I was referred by my Home warranty. First off it wasn't covered by the warranty which was fine because I needed the leak fixed. At first the girls in the office wee helpful. This repair took way to long to have repaired. I would say once I made the first payment of $475 they office people became less helpful and had attitude the majority of the time. This company is awesome! We received a call from them within 15 minutes of filing a claim with our home warranty company. Denise is the nicest person and truly cares about the customer and their satisfaction. The technician was timely and fixed our problem within 30 minutes. My experience with Xcalibur Air and Plumbing had not been positive in any way at all. They were assigned to come diagnose and fix a plumbing leak at my home by my home warranty company. When they arrived the first thing they asked for before any other conversation was the $75.00 trade fee which is essentially my deductible. I don't mind paying this at all but was off putting that this was their main concern not the plumbing issue. Then the technician spent approximately 5-10 minutes at my house and said he would send a report via email to myself and the warranty company. This was a week

I have a service claim with HWA home warranty and fee of 75.00 up front. Out of all the problems I had the only work the plumber did was caulk around my bathtub faucet plate. I also have a main house drain clog and a few leaks in bathroom drain pipes that show up in my ceiling downstairs. However, all the plumber was "able" to do was tell me what I already knew. Most plumbing companies do not tear down Sheetrock, but even when I said I would do it, Xcalibur would charge me for fixing leaks. Despite the fact my HWA plan covers leaks inside home up to 1k in labor. My clog in main pipe

I'm traveling and had a dog sitter walk in to water all over the ground in the hallway frm the water heater. Called ard and no one would come out as an emergency call until I found Excalibar. They called me back and my neighbor gave them access and were able to fix the unit so that upon my return I have a functioning water heater and hot water in my house. Everything looked as it was (with sum new parts) but appeared to function better than before. Thx X!

I just had the worst situation ever! The leak was so bad it was literally raining in my kitchen from the upstairs master bath! I called another business who would not come same day. Then started calling down the list. Xcalibur answered the phones and let me know they were also booked but they could contain the leak. They came within the hour and contained the leak and followed up next day. I did need to stay in a hotel for the night due to a sewage smell (see my hotel review), however they were able to schedule me the following day to fix the leak. They used a camera machine to be able to find
