I used Pride Floors to replace my linoleum floors in my home with a luxury vinyl plank tile. I found Richard very easy and pleasant to work with. He answered my many questions and his quotes were straight forward and reasonable. His crew was very professional and worked quickly to install my floors. I was very pleased at their attention to detail and love my new floors. It was well worth the money.

Richard and his team installed flooring in our entire home last year and were amazing. They put tile downstairs and hardwood upstairs and they both look great and we have had no issues over the past year. Richard was willing to work with us on getting exactly what we wanted, his pricing seems fair and his team did excellent work. If there was ever an issue or a question we had, he would come to our house himself to discuss it with us and would respond immediately to make sure we were happy. We are grateful that we found this company and are going to hire them again for some additional flooring

2. Craftsmanship—the men installing the floors were precise with every aspect, from removing to leveling to cutting and placing. I was very pleased knowing that my floors were done with such care.
3. Fairness—the floors were not inexpensive, but the value was in multiple areas, from selection to finishing of the floors.
4. Reliability—each day everyone showed up on time, as expected, worked

Richard Cavazos with Pride Floors is wonderful! I called him to install laminate flooring on my new house. The old carpet was removed in under an hour. Richard was able to match the existing flooring in the house seamlessly. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. It was professional and quick and high quality work. Not only that, but Richard has been invaluable in recommending other services that I have needed such as a painter and electrician. I cannot recommend Pride Floors enough!

We had ALL of our floors replaced by Richard and his crew. We couldn't be happier! We started the whole process when Richard came to the house for a consultation. This all started before Covid, so we held off for a bit. A few months later, I contacted him & we were ready to go. He helped us choose colors & flooring choices that complimented each other. Jon and the Pride Flooring team were fantastic. Martin, Omar, Nico did a job only professionals could do. Everything was done in a timely manner with zero issues the whole time. The price was competitive/fair, no beating around the bush. Very satisfied customer, and would recommend anyone looking to do any type of remodeling to check these guys out.
