We discovered a water leak under our house about 11 p.m. Saturday night. I turned off the water at the meter and called Nuckols. An employee was at our house first thing Sunday morning. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He was both technically proficient and a nice, courteous person. Our thanks to Nuckols for a job well done.

I have asked Nuckols Plumbing to help with some issues, and the level of service they provided was high. An efficient and customer oriented front desk, technician arriving on time, the reasonable time frame (2 hrs). Plumbing Technician (Ken, and sorry if we misspelled the name) did an excellent job. He is truly professional - knowledgeable, polite, tidy, willing to respond to all related questions.

I live in California but I'm handling an estate in Virginia. I had a highly unusual problem and needed a plumber in Virginia to help. I called Nuckols and explained. I asked for an unorthodox service expecting them to shy away. THEY DIDN'T! In fact, they rolled up their sleeves, jumped right in, and solved my problem within a few hours of me calling the. I expected to be billed an unusual price for an unusual job and was shocked and how extremely fair the bill was. Amazing customer service, awesome response, great company!! Thank you guys!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Techs were great, informative and polite. Office manager/dispatcher was completely unreasonable and unprofessional. I ordered a faucet installation and within 30 seconds, literally, of the tech seeing my sink and the faucet I purchased he informed me it wouldn’t work because of an issue with a plug. That’s it, no work was done at all, he looked at the sink, glanced over at the faucet on the counter and then made his statement. When I asked if I could just reschedule for the following day so that I could go purchase the correct type faucet to work in my

Van and Ryan came out to resolve our main line blockage. They were on-time, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Cleared the problem, gave us some advice and information about the clog, and checked everything before they left to ensure that we would not have a problem later. Tommy is the man!!!! We have been working on a bathroom remodel over the last year (slowly on our end) and Tommy has worked with us to schedule everything from rough in plumbing, to installing a 400 lb cast iron tub that took 4 guys to get upstairs and in our bathroom, to our double vanity, sink, toilet, and shower. He is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. We have had some terrible experiences with other contractors during this major renovation and never had to worry about Tommy, David, or anyone else from the Nuckols crew. I'm a little suspect of companies with so many 5-star reviews but these were right on - 100% will use again. Unfortunately they weren't able to come out Friday due to the tech calling in sick but came out on time on Tuesday, and sent text messages with tracking - great communication. The tech was knowledgeable and very nice, as were the folks in the office I emailed and called. They'll email a copy of the invoice for payment online and a copy of the paid invoice. Very happy with my choice of plumbers.
