I had a shower faucet replaced by this company. I was charged their highest price for replacing this faucet because it was a hard to get too replacement. I have a door to access the plumbing necessary, making it so there were only tools needed for the actual plumbing job. There was no removal of any wall, shower or tub, or of any other kind. Also, I wasn't told that this was considered a "hard job" to simply open the door to fix the plumbing.
I wasn't given a receipt for the job either...very sketchy. I had to call the company days later to get the receipt.......that didn't explain why my job

I have dealt with these guys for years now for plumbing and HVAC. I have replaced both of my HVAC units through them in the past few years and their prices were great. More importantly, their service is consistently top notch. It's easy to get an appointment, and they communicate with you up until the technician arrives so you know when they are going to show up. Every technician that has done work at our house has been courteous and professional. I appreciate their consistent reliability

We are very happy with our choice of using Herman W. Allen to replace our HVAC system. Keith was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He sent me three options to choose from within a couple hours of leaving my house and he is always available by phone if we had questions. Ty and his team are also great. They worked very hard for two days but always remained available to answer a question and were also personable and professional. There are so many good things to say about our experience from the initial call to the final invoice and all of the service in between. I can't recommend this company enough - they presented all of the information for the work that was done with photos as well as a written receipt for my records. I would absolutely call them again!
