I made the mistake of calling Plumb Line back to install a vanity on my second floor the following month of writing my original review. THEY FLOODED MY HOUSE.
I ordered a vanity that had three wide, sliding drawers.Kevin informed me that the piping would need to be altered for it to fit properly. I paid for him to change the piping within the walls, alter the vanity so that the drawers would fit, and he also installed new shut off valves and altered their location.
After he removed the original vanity and piping, nothing remained that wasn't installed by him.

This was my first time using Plumb line and I would definitely call them again.
Kevin was held up on another job but let me know promptly, showed up *wearing a surgical mask*, and did a thorough job. Despite using power tools, he left the bathroom cleaner than when he got here. Pricing was fair for the quality of work.

Very professional and reliable plumber. I had a clogged kitchen sink. Kevin scheduled me for the next morning and came in right on time. I had an emergency clog in the kitchen sink the day before Thanksgiving!!! I had a huge group of people coming over for dinner the next day. I had a contractor working on my floors who tried to snake the drain for almost 2 or 3 hours but could not figure out why it would not unclog. We called Kevin from Plumb Line Plumbing Service after a quick yelp search. He came out a few hours after I called and used his snake to unclog the drain in less than 20 min. I am so appreciative because I was stressed! Thank you for saving Thanksgiving!

I reached out to 4 plumbers and Plumb Line was the only one to respond! Kevin got back to me quickly and set up a time to come out the next morning. He also called to let me know he was running late instead of just showing up late. He quickly diagnosed the issue, let me know what he would need to do, and the price for taking care of it. He was done within an hour, problem solved! Will definitely call Kevin again for plumbing help!

I needed a plumber to replace the lead water line coming into my 1922 house near Battery Park in Richmond. I looked on Yelp and put in a "request" through the Yelp Request a quote section. I got several responses. Kevin came by the same day we talked, had a quote to me immediately which was the best price of the other 2 quotes I got which took longer and once we agreed to work together, he had a contract to me immediately, got the permit the next business day and worked with the City to get them to send their crew to change out the water meter.
