We were very satisfied with Santoro construction. I happened to come across this company by word of mouth. From the beginning of our first meeting was very professional and a quick response was a plus. Mr Santoro met with us we put in a plan and they started and finished right on schedule and the price was nice, I got exactly what I wanted this company took my vision and made it happen every day I see my master suite I think how beautiful. Do your due diligence when you search out contractors. Some of their reviews can be from their family members, friends, and drinking buddies. They do this do get higher rankings or mislead people that they are a reputable company. We learned first hand the hard way so don’t make the same mistakes we did.

We were really happy with Mike and his team! Our project had some larger tasks but also small moving pieces and finishing work throughout the house (eg light fixtures, bathroom fixture aupdates etc). Mike was really flexible with us to make sure all of our needs were met. He and his team suggested ways to make each piece of the project better and more polished and the final work product was excellent. Their pricing was reasonable and they stuck to the budget. I would use Mike and his crew for future projects!

Santoro construction is a great asset to Buffalo area. Michael is a very professional contractor. He came to my home to give me a quote on a job that I had invisioned and included every detail that I did not even think of such as vanity type and an upflush toilet so I could have a bathroom in my basement! His wife Amy is such a kind and very sweet person with reassurance that made this dream a reality. Mike gave me an estimate that was fairly priced, and I did shop around but none of them could match what I was looking for and thier personality was not as comforting. My new guest quarters downstairs

I, as a business owner of three local locations have used Santoro construction for two complete commercial build outs for approximately 12,000 square feet of office space. Not only was the initial process of design and preparation easy, the end result was truly magnificent. I would like to be the first person here to write a review of this company. Please ask Michael and Amelia where their 30 years of experience come from in the industry. Ask why he only incorporated Santoro Construction in May of 2017? It is in part due to the money he still owes our company since May of 2015. He has broke many promises to make good on paying for services rendered. Squarefoot Tradesmen is a trades placement company that put Shawn Edwards to work as a carpenter with ANA Services. We are still owed over $8000.00 by this man who signed a contract and never paid us for the payroll we
