Dealing with the city to schedule and obtain permits, etc. is a hassle, but they took care of it all. They even picked up large items from the hardware stores for installation. I hired Proinstall Construction to remodel my bathroom and I'm really happy with the results. There was much more responsive than the other contractors I contacted, and I was amazed they were able to get the entire project done in a week. I thought it would take weeks longer. I'd work with them again.

Proinstall Construction Chicago just completed a guest bathroom renovation and remodeling in one week. I was pleasantly surprised at the total flow of the project from my initial meeting with the owner, Peter, the discussions we had about our ideas and thoughts.
Combined with his suggestions from his most recent similar projects. No pressure was ever evident from his side to use his ideas exclusively.
It appears most of the workers are specialists, plumbers, carpenters, tile, painters, etc., and many of them are cross-trained.
I will use this company again and highly recommend them to my friends

These guys did a phenomenal job on my master bathroom remodel in Chicago. Peter was extremely responsive in coordinating his team and providing an extremely competitive quote, and we were able to schedule right away. Demo took 1-2 days, they spent a couple of days on plumbing since things needed to be moved around (unanticipated - found all kinds of fun stuff from the original plumbing post demo), and the project took about 2 weeks total. Not only did they spend an extra day on plumbing stuff they didn't anticipate and fix other issues for us that were never originally even scoped, but Peter had

Peter and his team from Proinstall Construction did an amazing job! They remodeled my master bathroom and took it from traditional and boring to modern and amazing.
