We hired SK Remodeling to gut rehab our bathroom -- and we are so glad we did! Our bungalow was built in 1914 and has had some questionable renovations through the years, but Samir and his team fixed everything as they went along to make sure the end result was nothing less than perfect!

We hired Samir after we bought a new condo in August and were looking to replace flooring (including outdoor decking), paint walls, hang built-ins and install lighting. We found Samir to be professional, responsive, friendly, and, most importantly, his work is great! In fact, what initially started as just a few projects, after we saw Samir’s work, the scope grew and grew. SK Remodeling completed a full bathroom remodel for me and I was so pleased with the entire process. Samir understood my timeline and needs, and made sure that everything was done on time. They really went above and beyond and ended up installing light fixtures throughout the rest of my home as well. Samir’s work is meticulous, and I trust him and his crew implicitly. He has completed nearly every major project in my house, from completely renovating my kitchen and bathroom, refinishing my floors, rebuilding my front porch and creating a back deck, and replacing the roof on my house and garage. He’s up-front about costs and the challenges he sees before getting started and is communicative about progress along the way.

Samir is without a doubt the best contractor in the business. His reputation and craftsmanship are exceptional. He and his crew are always on time, cleaning up after the days work. SK Remodeling and Decorating Inc. recently completed some outdoor work for our home. This included some waterproofing in the back of our house, installing French doors and adding a full pergola to our back deck. I can't say enough great things about the quality of work. We chose SK Remodeling for a kitchen/family room remodel, and were so happy with the work that we had them return to remodel our basement. Samir not only provided what we requested, but he also aided us in thinking through our plans and considering new design ideas. We were referred to Samir by a friend and couldn't be happier with the result. We recently purchased a condo and wanted the floors refinished/stained before we moved in. We were worried about getting the job done in time for our move but Samir was able to fit us in within a few days.
