Manny, with Khalo Construction, was initially introduced to me by a trusted contractor. Not too long after I met Manny, massive hail storms moved through Austin and totaled our roof. So I called. Every step of the roof replacement process went smoothly, from estimate, to Manny thoroughly explaining how the insurance process works, to dealing with payments and contracts with Dulce, and ending with a perfectly new roof. It all went well and I will definitely use them again.

Our 15 year house was in dire need of repairs and we received a couple of quotes. We decided to hire Kahlo Construction and we are so glad we did. I was nervous about the color, since it was way darker than what we previously had.
We love the turnout. They repaired rotten wood, power washed the house and caulked all around. The painters we're very detailed on the trim. They even came back out a couple of times to apply another coat to my door. Price was reasonable for the quality work they did.

I would highly recommend Kahlo Construction! They were professional, accurate, on time and did all they promised. Manuel cleaned up after the job and left my roof as if a tree had never damaged it! Very trustworthy!

The fascia had fallen down and was in need of repair and I would search online for a roof repairer.When I contacted Kahlo Construction Manuel came in the next few hours to inspect the damage and to give me an estimate. He inspected my roof and told me that there was so many places in my roof that the wood had rotted over the years and in need of replacement along with the two sun tunnel skylights. He showed me pictures of how it looks. He gave me the option of either repairing the fascia damage? Or to replace the whole roof? Replacing the whole roof would cost slightly more than just repairing

We called Kahlo construction on a Saturday upon the personal referral of our briber. Lucky actually came out later that very afternoon. He temporarily tarped the problem area at no charge to stop any further water damage, and then proceeded to guide us through getting a new roof with our insurance company. I would have thought it was only in need of a repair, but lucky and Kahlo const. were able get us an entire roof replacement. I'm very happy that we contacted Kahlo, and will continue to refer them anyone I know who has any roofing needs.

Lucky did a great job. Had to call him out on what was thought to be a very simple repair. He documented via pictures what the insurance company determined to be verified storm damage. He got our roof covered, and no one else even mentioned that possibility. Lucky and Kahlo come highly recommended by myself.

We had a leak after the last storm. We contacted three different companies to take a look. Lucky with Kahlo roofing and construction was the only one who recommended that we contact our insurance company. He handled everything. He tarped the leaking area for free. He was at the insurance appointment, and he was able to explain the entire insurance process. I give Lucky & Kahlo Roofing a great big THANK YOU, and I hope that you choose them as well.

Dulce and Manuel did a wonderful job on our roof and patio rebuild. They were pleasant to work with, made helpful recommendations, did the work on time and at the agreed price. I chose Kahlo over 2 other bids because their bid was reasonable and I felt they could be trusted. My decision proved correct.
