Following hail damage, I hired them to repair roof on my house (home for 21 yrs); insurance covered 98%. Previous to work being initiated, I asked to have a ridge vent cut /covered. This was not done. They removed 2 functioning attic fans and added 4 new attic fans but they did not run the electrical wire to make them functional. Also, one of the new fans had not been securely installed -required another visit.
The vent pipe for the hot water heater was not installed correctly. The vent pipe had pierced a small plumbing line (ice maker) and this resulted in flooding of garage and drywall damage

Very professional and straightforward. They could have easily sold me a new roof, but suggested some very minor repairs instead. I had no problem scheduling the job -- a lot of communication was over text, which was very convenient. They showed up on time, did good work, and quickly sent copies of the paid invoice. My roof didn't fare well when it hailed in March. I found Transcendent Roofing on Yelp and their rating looked good and I liked the name so I gave them a ring. Nick came out and had a look and worked with my insurance adjuster to get a new roof on asap! I had my pick of seven shingle colors and the quality is sturdy. The guys who came to do the work were efficient and courteous and knew their stuff. Got it all done in one day and cleaned up yard (nails, debris etc) nicely as well. Transcendent Roofing replaced our hail damaged roof. They gave us a clear description of the damage to the roof and provided photos that we could submit to our insurance company. The day before the installation all of the roofing materials were delivered. On installation day a crew of 8 showed up and proceeded to replace the roof. The crew worked hard and were very professional. In less than 8 hours we had a beautiful new roof! Awesome job! Everyone was very professional from start to finish. Michael did our initial roof inspection and found holes and other issues the other 4 inspections missed. He was polite, removed his shoes inside the house (even though I told him they were fine to keep on) and of COURSE wore a mask! They had the absolute best pricing, too. The work crew showed up early in the day (7:30 am) and were done by 4:30. They took extra time to clean the whole perimeter afterwards. Then Michael did a final inspection with a drone and magnets to find any nails/staples. I would highly recommend them to anyone

Recently, we had a structural engineer come to our house & conduct an inspection regarding our slab due to stress cracks in the sheet rock. Needed a new roof due to hail damage. Their quote was about the same as others, however, they used the highest quality materials. Recommended a ridge vent (which I was going to ask about but totally forgot, so they got your back) and the cost of adding the ridge vent still brought their total cost below some other quotes I got.

We had a great experience with Transcendent Roofing. We had a leak in an old roof and decided to get a new roof instead of repairing it since we figured we would be selling soon. I live in Manchaca and just had a full roof replacement done by Transcendent Roofing. Chris gave me a reasonable and accurate estimate. He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I have a small almost-flat section of roof on the back side of my house with my chimney on that section of the roof. It's been a problem area since I bought the house.
