Born in Texas and residing for a time in Mexico and France, Victoria eventually returned to her home state and settled in Austin where she founded The Roof Lady, LLC in 1994. Her husband, a commercial contractor, was instrumental in teaching her the essentials of roofing.
Victoria combined her passion for languages with her practical mindset and became an expert in the field. Victoria built The Roof Lady into a thriving business primarily through referrals and repeat re-roofing projects. After 23 years in the roofing industry, Victoria passed off the reins to her son, Ellis as she has transitioned into retirement.
Although she no longer manages the business, Victoria's expertise can still be relied on by Ellis whenever the phrase "Keep Austin Weird" was applied to a customer's current roof installation. Ellis was born and raised in Austin and grew up enveloped in the construction industry with both of his parents running successful construction companies.

Giving these guys a five-star because they came out gave me a quote, did all the repairs necessary for the price quoted plus they did some extra work at no additional charge. The only flaw with this company that I found was a lack of communication on when the job was going to get completed. A word of advice for the owner, just because it was a simple low-cost repair, try not to make your customers feel like they got put on the back burner.

I needed a small roof project and called around Austin. I got a wide range of bids, but thankfully found the Victoria, aka The Roof Lady! She was fast, knowledgable, professional, and very reasonable! Her team came out shortly after aligning on the work, knocked out the project, and off they went!
I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience from initial contact, scoping of work, pricing, and most importantly execution.
I highly recommend giving The Roof Lady a call if you need any roofing assistance!

The Roof Lady just put a new roof on my house (August 2016) and the whole experience was excellent. I had meetings with the owner and her son regarding materials, colors and price, then it took one day for the removal of the old roof and putting the new material on. They found water damage on some areas of the wood decking and replaced that. Victoria was truly great at answering all questions and making sure I was satisfied with every step. Honestly you can't go wrong using The Roof Lady and her pricing was unbelievable. I'd use her again and will recommend her. My realtor also

I've used the The Roof Lady several times for quick fixes now and again after storms. Always very quick and very easy. They show up, give a quick estimate and get up there and fix it.
Recently I had some trees trimmed back that had been rubbing the roof, and had them out to fix that part of the roof. I wanted a more official process and got written bids from several different roofing contractors. They came in much cheaper than everyone else and did a fantastic job.
They are a small business and have always been great to work with, they have great customer service. They are glad to use email
