It is clear that this company truly cares about their customer service. I was slightly disappointed and they called me within a couple hours after my appointment to really figure out what happened and how they could help. Many companies nowadays do not care about customers to this extent, but Best Carpet Cleaning Experts do. They want it done, and they want it done right! I was impressed by their professionalism, respectfulness, and responsiveness. We need more companies like this one. Highly recommend them!

Fidel was GREAT! Did such an awesome job cleaning our carpets and area rugs. Made them look brand-new and that’s even with our two large dogs putting a lot of wear and tear on them (including some accident stains). Very reasonable prices, on time, and great customer service. 10/10 would recommend to family, friends, and anyone in need of carpet cleaning!

I called right before closing time on Saturday and Mark still took the time to talk with me about my upholstery cleaning needs. He scheduled me soonest available which worked perfect for this week. The technician, Fidel, was on-time, courteous, and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently to get my items cleaned with little disruption to my work day (I work from home).
