Working for different carpet cleaning companies in the past before going into business for myself made me realize that most companies don't provide very good service. Use Mario!! I can not recommend this company enough. We called at 5PM on a Monday night in a panic (Titan Carpet Cleaners and no-showed without a phone call and we had guests coming the next day). Even though Mario was on his day off, he came over and did a phenomenal job!! Our carpet was full of nasty pet and baby stains and they all disappeared. The price was competitive and we will be using him for all future carpet-cleaning.
Mario is a great American and I am glad to have met him!

Mario is great & has exceeded all our expectations (He will always accommodate you if you have an emergency). He has been coming regularly to clean the carpet of our entire business for the past 3 years.

I dont know what that negative reviewer means when they state that "this company changed its name, and went out of business, etc." It's definitely not true, because I just used them, and they're great! My sister's used Precision eco friendly carpet cleaning in San Diego for years, and... My carpet was new when I moved into my unit 8 years ago, and I had never had it cleaned. Even though it badly needed cleaning, I didn't want it to feel stiff and sticky and wet. My neighbor had Precision clean her carpet, and when I saw the truck and zero residue, I asked her how she liked it. She said it was great, best cleaning their carpet had ever had. So I called Mario. I have been working with Mario at Precision Carpets exclusively for about 5 years. Their team is always responsive, professional, courteous and amazing at what they do. I have pets and Mario is always available to me in a pinch, my carpets always look 100% better than when they arrived.
