They were quick to get out to our house, explained what work needed completed and were able to do the work right then. They took time to lay tarps on our stairs down to the basement and took off their shoes. This care for our house makes all the difference in knowing I could trust them to do a good job and actually do the work. After the work on our sump pump was completed, they demonstrated both the primary pump and water powered back ups for me. The cleaned up really well after they were done. I felt comfortable with them being in our home when it was just my toddler and I at home with them.

Aaron, with Plumbing Solutions of Wichita, has been an absolute pleasure to work with... I have used this company to install my pool heater and recently, a commercial sink at my place of business. They found solutions other plumbers could not... they worked with my hectic schedule, and were not only on time, but a bit early. Outstanding services and prices!!!

I am a repeat customer of Plumbing Solutions of Wichita, first to install a natural gas line for our outdoor fireplace and grill last summer. The second time, today, I called them out to replace some outdoor water spigots. However, when we walked around the house, he evaluated our situation and told me they would love to replace them but what we were experiencing was actually natural and he wouldn’t recommend replacing or rebuilding them at this point. They could have chosen to make a buck and I would have been none the wiser but instead chose integrity!! They may not be the cheapest but clearly

I called Plumbing Solutions this morning about a disposal. Isaiah was prompt in showing up and in less than five minutes showed up and rescued a little plastic handled knife from the disposal. An added bonus is that he also show me how to resolve the same issue if it ever happened again. I'm back in business and recommend this service.

Called because needed assistance with Noritz warranty work for tankless water heater. Pleasent woman answered phone and scheduled appt. 1 week out.
Tech arrived and became very evident he had limited experience with tankless machine, even though this was confirmed upon scheduling appoint. It was witnessed multiple times the tech was on the phone with Noritz customer service. The tech informed me that Noritz would overnight the part but they need to charge me and was not under warranty.
I disagreed with the fact that part was not under warranty. The tech left a bill, ( non-itemized) and with no

Highly recommend! Exceptional customer service from start to finish. They were able to come out and replace my old water heater the same day I called. The plumber, Aaron, was very friendly and professional. Even though it was getting late in the evening, he took the time to explain everything he did and answered all of my questions completely. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Plumbing solutions installed the plumbing at our newly built home. When we ran into a minor issue after moving in they came out quickly and resolved the problem with no charge. Aaron was very courteous and communicated with my wife and I every step of the way. Everything was taken care of professionally and he cleaned up after himself. I will use them in the future when we finish our bonus room and bathroom.
