Absolutely awful. I had to work, so my wife was taking care of this. Did very little work before recommending a new unit. After explaining we weren't looking for a new unit and wanted the part numbers/quote to fix it, they just wrapped up their things and left, leaving no quote and stating that it would be Monday(4 days later) before I could just get NUMBERS. That's absolutely ridiculous. What a huge joke... I wasn't asking for a miracle to have it done in minutes, but I do expect pricing to be done in a timely manner so I can make my informed decisions, not be left without ventilation for 4 days

Great service. Have had Bob Stith do two furnaces and air conditioners at 2 different houses. Made recommendations, corrected duct work that a previous HVAC company had made. His recommendations made a difference in our heating and AC. Always on time, professional and great to work with. We highly recommend Bob Stith.
