Riley Owens founded Arid Valley Plumbing in 2018 with over 10 years in the plumbing industry and a desire to provide a high-quality service for families like his own. Riley comes from a large family being the youngest 8 children and is now happily married with 3 kids of his own all under the age of 5. Riley's father ran a small landscaping business while being a public-school teacher for over 40 years in order to help provide for 8 children.

First American Home Warranty selected AV Plumbing to fix my hot water heater. While AHW would cover the cost of the unit, AV plumbing came back with $790 in additional fees not covered to connect and add a drip pan. That's more than the cost of the hot water heater! I asked them to forgo these and just do the connection. No way.
I've installed hot water heaters myself and it is no more than an hour's worth of work.

Showed up within an hour and was professional and was teaching his son about it. Apprenticeship at its finest. No water left in the cabinet and explained the process as he was executing it. Will be using these guys again

TJ arrived right on time. He found the leak, explained what needed to be done and gave me a price. He then got to work and fixed it immediately. He stayed under his repair time, cleaned up everything he used and made sure I didn’t have any questions.

Asked for quotes and got a decently priced one from arid valley mechanical. They were able to come out same day. TJ was our plumber. He did a great job. Very fast and knowledgeable. We were charged exactly what they told us up front. Had a great experience. Will be using them in the future if we have anymore issues.
