Mohamed K. and Joe R. were fantastic and professional. They fixed our issue with the transformer in the HVAC and even took the time to clean up the wiring in our Nest thermostats upstairs and down. Really great job and very impressed. We'll definitely use them again!

I'm an Orange County homeowner of more than 25 years and currently have two Trane HVAC units. I called Polar Express after seeing one of their trucks in my community.
Time will tell, but so far, excellent. I have above-average knowledge of mechanical engineering and typically, with great accuracy, can predict how a technician will perform. Although this was simply a maintenance call, my observation and conversation with the technician left me with a very favorable opinion. His level of knowledge far exceeds what I've previously experienced.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company! My A/C unit stopped working in the middle of summer, it got very hot very quickly in the house. I called multiple companies in the area, all of which quoted me 2-4 days to send a technician out and felt very commercialized. I called Polar Express A/C & Heating and they came same day to fix my unit. Jason was my technician; he was on time, professional and honest. What an awful experience! The company came out to our house and claimed they had fixed the AC, Two hours later the AC was broken again. I called them back and they said they needed to replace a part. They went on and on about how our warranty would not cover the cost of the part. When I said I was going to contact our realtor about the warranty because we had just purchased the home - the next time I spoke to them they said we were under warranty and that the parts would be covered. But that's not even the point - they kept telling us they were coming to fix the air and that they were waiting

Couldn't have asked for a better and more honest company to come handle our AC issue. It was near 90 degrees outside and the owner Terry (even though he was already on his way home after work) came by our home to address the issue and explained each step of the issue and what the best and most affordable options were to fix it.
He saved us from a miserable heat wave and for that (and how honest and polite he was) he's earned our business going forward. Thanks Terry!

Terry seems like a really nice guy. I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately/fortunately I've had two other AC professionals come out to my home and tell me the opposite of his diagnosis. He was out to my home in March for routine maintenance. At that time he added 4lbs of Freon to my unit and told me I had several leaks. He even shared that I would need a new coil soon, but that it would be better to replace the unit vs paying for a new coil. When I had others come out to check my unit so I could compare pricing, they shared I didn't have any leaks, my coil

This is a pretty non-traditional review for service. This past week my AC stopped working. My usual go-to for AC service was not able to come out that day so I began research for another company. I called one who was very rude on the phone and then came across Polar Express. I called and spoke with Terry and explained my problem. Terry actually diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me how to fix it! Terry didn't know me but actually chose customer service over making money for an "easy" repair. We called Terry at 8:30pm on a Thursday evening when our AC suddenly shut down. He answered the phone amazingly helpful! He was very willing to help us troubleshoot our problems over the phone so we wouldn't have to wait until the next morning for his in home service--he even allowed us to FaceTime him so he can walk us through safely navigating our system! How nice is that?! He's extremely friendly and went above and beyond his call of duty. He also knows his stuff. Prices were as expected. Definitely recommend.

He came to perform a standard check-up of our system and found a freon leak, which could have caused our whole system to fail. He also refilled our freon. Terry and Oscar are a class act -- courteous, helpful and polite (he took off his boots before entering our home).
I highly recommend you consider Polar Express for your AC needs, but I wouldn't wait till Summer; he's bound to get very busy.

When I first contacted Polar Express to request a quote for a new AC unit Terry answered promptly and was very accommodating in meeting our scheduling needs. His price was very reasonable (we had already gotten a few quotes) especially for the Energy Star Trane unit we would be receiving. Terry and team showed up on time and were all very professional and courteous. They installed the new unit in the expected time and even cleaned up as they went along. We just had a wonderful experience with Polar Express. Our AC stopped working late yesterday afternoon and on a recommendation called Terry (the owner) about 7pm at night. Terry was very professional on the phone and even though I had caught him running a personal errand he took the time to ask all the right questions to properly assess the situation. Once he realized we did not have any AC at all (and hadn't for more then a few hours) he said he himself would come right over! He showed up about 10 pm and by 10:15 had the AC unit up and running!
