We worked with Clear Point Construction to have our roof replaced. Jessica was amazing to work with- working side by side with our insurance company to ensure everything associated with our roof, hail damage and slight interior damage was addressed. We were out of town when the work was completed, but I had so many neighbors stop by to tell me how impressed they were with the team that completed the job. I had 2 properties with storm-damage last year. On both jobs, Jessica did an amazing job, from working with insurance adjusters, keeping a diligent eye on the workers, helping me navigate my insurance claims, and staying on top of rectifying the one single issue that I had with these projects until it was fixed to my satisfaction. In the end, Clear Point and Jessica went above and beyond, and I recommend them without reservation.

Jessica especially was terrific, although I am impressed by the work that the crew did as well. This was an insurance claim, hail damage to my roof. I had given up getting it covered after being denied, but Jessica was tenacious and it paid off. The work was covered, then was done well and on time. I highly recommend Clear Point Construction, I am a delighted customer.

I reached out to multiple companies via HomeAdvisor. John respected my preferred communication channels (text message mostly) and was prompt, helpful and clear. While inspecting my roof we found some issues and we were able to work with my insurance company to get my roof replaced. The work was done quickly and professionally. My roof won't need replacing again but if it did, I'd call Clear Point Construction first!

John was tirelessly helpful; he made multiple house visits, identified recent wind damage, made repairs, and worked with me to complete an insurance claim for a complete roof and underlayment replacement. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly knew his trade as well as city code and ordinances. The Clear Point Construction team was timely, fast, and friendly. They did a wonderful job on my roof replacement, and I've slept soundly through many rain storms since!

John Smolnik stopped by our place mid-2019 having noticed several shingles missing from our roof. He told us we had a 3-tab organic shingle and that they may have possibly sustained storm damage. Sure enough, he found damage on both our garage and house. He assisted us with placing the claim and meeting with the insurance adjuster. John was able to help explain that the shingles were no longer available and a small repair (which is what the insurance company was initially agreeing to) was not going to be able to be performed. State Farm then agreed that the entire roof on both the house and garage

We contacted Clear Point Construction as we needed our roof replaced due to hail damage. They were very responsive from start to finish. Jamie thoroughly explained the insurance claim process. Always on time from coming to give us an estimate to completion of the job. They did a great job and cleaning up. The roof looks great.
