We are the proud owners of a new patio home built by Wollak Construction in 2019. From our initial contact through the closing, we felt very comforstable with our working relationaship with Ernie, Terri, support staff and subcontractors. We were on a compressed timeline in order to coordinate the sale of our former home and the move-in date of our new home.
