The sad truthy is mopping can only do so much and is primarily for daily or weekly cleaning. Since grout is porous, it takes a lot more than mopping to get the soils and stains out.
Natural clay stones, such as saltillo tile and terra cotta tile, are widely used in homes in the greater Tucson area. While beautiful and serviceable, these floors require special cleaning and maintenance procedures, not to mention specific cleaners and sealers to extend the life and beauty of the tiles.
Natural quarry stones, such as marble and travertine tiles, are available in a variety of finished pieces: simply honed, honed and polished, sealed or unsealed, and other applications. The Carpet Magicians always inspects your tile floor to determine its exact type and to make the most appropriate recommendations based on the type of stone used in your home or business.
The Carpet Magicians has developed a unique process to restore your vinyl tile to its full professional appearance. First, we completely strip off the old wax or sealer and buff out the entire floor. We then steam clean and extract any dirt, sealer or debris, preparing the floor for re-coating. We then apply a commercial grade sealer that can be mopped daily or burnished with polish, and keep its shiny professional appearance for years.

What an absolutely amazing company! I’ve spent years scrubbing my grout, and was convinced it would never come clean. One visit from John and his team, at a very reasonable price, and it feels like we have a brand new flooring!
I’d assumed the installers hadn’t properly wiped the grout off of some of the tile, and I gave up trying to scrub it off. It ended up being a chemical the previous owner used, and they knew just what to do. Those twelve year old stains are now gone!
They went over some spots five and six times, and even moved the things in the bottom of our pantry to make sure all

These guys are great! They do an excellent job, are in and out super fast, and don't charge an arm and a leg.
Also, when I had to make a change to the schedule less than 24 hours in advance, the owner John was very accommodating and changed their arrival time to a later hour in the day -- this in spite of being incredibly busy and booked!

The owner was super thorough with the consultation and created trust over the phone before setting a time! They serviced our carpets, rugs, 3 piece sectional couch, grout cleaning and even removed putty from our bedroom carpet and was shocked at how natural it looked! This is the best tile and carpet cleaning company in Tucson. The prices are very fair. Their vehicles are well kept and clean and their employees present a professional appearance compared to the cheap guys with the filthy vans and super creepy techs that I used to use.
