I'm adding another 5-star review to the mix after Chris and Cody cleaned our carpets last week, and we couldn't be happier. Our beige carpet is beige again! They were both very pleasant and professional, and Chris thoroughly explained the process; plus he didn't try to up-sell us on anything. Our appointment was confirmed via text and Chris sent a text when he was on his way - all appreciated. We'll definitely call them next time our carpets need cleaning.

I highly recommend Smart Dry Carpet Cleaning. I was moving out of my condo and putting it up for sale. I needed a carpet cleaner that would service my unit on the second floor. The issue was most vendors could only service units near a spigot and needed to be near their van for the hoses to reach. This was a challenge because I was on the second floor. Another vendor was nice enough to recommend Smart Dry for their portable carpet cleaning service. Smart Dry Carpet came through for me. They sent Taro. He was very professional, thorough and listened to my concerns. The carpet was like new

I was in a time crunch to get my carpet cleaned in my apartment and Smart Dry came through and worked their magic. Next day service at a reasonable cost. This is one of the few carpet cleaning companies that works on the third floor of apartment buildings so I was very grateful for their timely appointment. Taro arrived early and was very optimistic that the quality of the carpet would improve. He put in some extra elbow grease and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Attached are some photos of the before and after. Most of the stains were likely leaking garbage on the way

I was referred to this company by another Yelp vendor who could not meet my needs. I was a bit nervous about using them as they only had five reviews thus far. However, when a competitor refers you, that seems like a pretty good option. I was not disappointed.
Taro was my cleaner and he did a great job. He was friendly and responsive and listened to my concerns and priorities. He kept in touch and offered to wait for my return so I could assess his work before he left. Great customer service from him and Lupe, who arranged the appointment.

AMAZING! Just when I thought we were going to have to replace all the carpet in the house, Taro was able to completely lift ALL of the stains off the carpet. From pet stains to wine stains, GONE! Now our carpet looks good as new and smells great.
Taro was professional and showed up on time. He also kept in mind all of the pets when going in and out of the house, which was a huge relief. All in all, would highly recommend.

Got referred to this place after needing a last minute move out carpet clean. Within minutes Taro had me for an appointment first thing in the morning. My carpets have never been cleaned before, and I didn't realize how dirty they actually were. I was able to trust Taro and have him leave my key under the mat when he left since I had class. He got there at about 8 am and was finished by 10:30. Drying didn't take long as well, about three hours. Definitely give this place a try if you can, I really appreciated their prompt response and personal touch! Will be back.

I usually get my carpets Steam Cleaned annually and my carpets look great after but It would take over 10-12 hours to dry (sometimes over 24 hours depending on weather). Stains that were seemingly removed would start to reappear after a few weeks of the steam cleaning as well.
My friend recommended Smart Dry Carpet Cleaning so I decided to give them a shot and I was extremely satisfied with the results. My carpets looked great after the cleaning and was softer than ever! Best part is that their Smart Dry Cleaning process left my carpets dry in no more than 1 hour.. wow! It has almost been 6 weeks

Just had Sam out at my house for carpet cleaning. They were able to get me in on a same day appointment ! I had a few puppy accidents that happened over the weekend and I made the call and they showed up later in the afternoon. Sam was nice, clean cut and very professional. He was very thorough on his explanation of his process and left me with nothin but confidence that the carpets were gonna come out great! Sure enough when he was done, he walked me through all the areas he cleaned and the carpets were not only clean but almost dry! I would highly recommend them. They are a small owner operated

I hired Smart Dry Carpet Cleaning after hearing about them from our church. They were cleaning the carpets and church benches and thought I'd ask for a card. The gentleman that spoke to me handed me a brochure, let me know that they offered safe cleaning products along with a deep cleaning process. I typically don't veer away from my current carpet cleaning company that I've used for years but this was the busy season for them and I was having guests over for Mother's Day. I called them to schedule a cleaning and was presented with a reasonable price.
