The work they do is top notch! We contracted a new home with Homes by MJC. Michelle Bellinghausen was involved from the purchase of the property until we moved in.
She did an excellent job of controlling cost as well as managing contract crews to give us an amazing product. Michelle is so easy to work with! She built our last three homes. Each time the needs were a little different and each time she was always willing to help and make it the perfect house. She gives honest opinions and advice and works within your budget.

Welcome to Homes by MJC Construction, Inc., founded and developed by Michelle Bellinghausen. Michelle knew from the young age of six that she had a passion for building and design after being introduced to a remodeling project. It was not until after she graduated however, that she realized she wanted to make this her life's work.
We put the homeowners designs, requirements, and budget first. We want to ensure that we give the homeowners every detail and feature that they want for their homes. We do this by working with the homeowner directly. We take the stress out of remodeling by providing our homeowners with stability and structure.
